“If I have a weapon, I think it would be a butterfly knife! I don’t know what it is but it sounds pretty!” She said proudly, clearly oblivious to what it actually was.

(God damnit, she’s so adorable-)

(Uh…guess I'm still in the clearing with Poppy and Taily.)
"Where are we?" Nightfall repeated when neither the girl nor cat answered. She had a strange suspicion that the others were still in trouble. "Where's everyone else?"

“I’m not sure. I kind of blocked them out? I was worried you were extremely bad so I made you a priority.” Poppy said. It was completely true, she didn’t mean to ignore anyone… “Also… Taily won’t talk to me.”
Taily turned her head, pouting. It was obvious she was pissed.

Without missing a beat Anti summoned a pink Butterfly knife he twirled it around his hand before handing it to her. “This is a butterfly knife.”

(Amethyst: Lemme see what you have!
Spinel, zipping around: A KNIFE!!!
Amethyst, running offscreen: NO!!!!
Steven: Omg Why does she have a knife-?)

Poppy caught a scent in the air, it was familiar smells, mixed with unfamiliar smells. Poppy started to sniff the air, he dragon slayer senses were locking on to something, even though it wasn’t danger. It was oddly strange. Taily kept glancing at Poppy, then looking away pouting.

Without missing a beat Anti summoned a pink Butterfly knife he twirled it around his hand before handing it to her. “This is a butterfly knife.”

Steven was practically trembling with worry, very unsure about this decision Anti had made. (If you could even call it that) He didn’t want to take it away in fear of hurting Spinel or himself, or upsetting Anti.
“Wowie..!” She gasped, not holding the knife as carefully as she should. “This ain’t what I expected at all!”

Amethyst's eyes widen, and she kneels to spinel's level. "H-hey, spinel, let's not play with that, yeah?" She said, offering a hand for spinel to give it to her.

“Oh, okay.” She said, handing it to her understandingly.
Steven sighed, not even going to scold the virus, knowing that it wouldn’t do anything. Maybe if he just ignored him, he’d go away?

“Ooooh!!” Spinel smiled, reaching out to grab it, but Steven held her hand back, saying stuff like; “No, no, no! We don’t touch knives, they’re dangerous!” In a weary tone.
But why was Anti so fascinated by the Gem? What about her was so interesting that he wouldn’t leave them alone for? Was it her stretchy abilities? Her personality? Or just being a Gem in general?

He pulled the knife back himself this time. “Anything is dangerous if used in the right way. Hell a bite from a human has the possibility of being more deadly then a dog bite, but he’s right.” He grabbed the weapon so he was holding the wings his hand clearly getting cut. “See the wings on this are sharp.” The simple answer to why he was interested in Spinel was all three things. That and he gad the knack for finding people that could easily be controlled or could easily snap.

(Things I imagine everyone saying to Spinel:
-NO, WE DONT TOUCH FIRE!!
-that boOK IS NOT FOR YOU! IT IS BAD!!
-stressed screaming
-THAT IS NOT A DOG, THAT IS A BEAR!!!
-SNAKES ARE NOT FOR HUGGING
-DO NOT CLIMB IN THE RAFTERS)

Hell, a bite from a human has the possibility of being more deadly then a dog bite, but he’s right.” He grabbed the weapon so he was holding the wings, his hand clearly getting cut. “See the wings on this are sharp.” The simple answer to why he was interested in Spinel was all three things. That, and he had the knack for finding people that could easily be controlled or could easily snap.

“Could we please stop cursing in front of Spinel?” Steven whined, staring at the blade cautiously, wincing at the way Anti was holding it.
It was still odd; the way he found her interesting. If there was any information he wanted from her, he could just ask, it’s not that big of a deal. Easily controlled? Easily snap? What did that mean? And why did he care if Spinel got hurt?

Anti gave the human looking boy a weird look. Saying hell was not swearing, not even close to it. “That’s not swearing.” He says before looking back at Spinel. “If you want I could show you how to properly use it.” He says going back to holding it how he should. The only thing left showing that he cut himself was blood.

“Well, it is when you’re from a PG show.” Spinel piped up, making Steven give her a confused squint. “And yeah, I wanna’ use it!! That would be so cool!!!!”
“Um…anyway… We will not be giving people knives, especially not to Spinel.” Steven scolded, now really getting the urge to heal this guy, despite his dangerous behavior. Why can’t you be more strict, Steven…? Why must you be so nice…?
