There was a fork in the road, one was obviously a dead end. Luciana went towards the dead end.

"Why are we heading towards the dead end?" Corin asked. "Don't think I can't tell."

“It’s a good place to hide dead bodies.” Luciana said, turning around.

Corin paused. "I can't tell if you were being serious…"

Luciana sighed and took out her wand.

"WHOA EASY THERE!!" Corin stumbled backwards and tripped again. "Ow…what have you gotten yourself into Corin?"

“Easy there what?” Luciana asked, “You kno I was kidding, right? Tsk, weirdo.”

"Okay its just, you can't always be sure with wi…."

“Finish your sentence.” Luciana said.

"With witches…" He said sheepishly. "Sorry…"

Luciana raised an eyebrow, then she twirled her wand and muttered something, a sign glowed purple. The dead end wasn’t a dead end anymore. She tucked away her wand and continued walking.

Corin followed with his head down. "Big mistake…"

“What is?”

"Sayin the thing about witches bein shifty and stuff…"

“Continue.”

"It was a big mistake to say that and I'm sorry."

Luciana sighed, and turned around, “You humans need to learn, when to insult someone and when not to. When the witch is the one bringing you through a forest, it’s the wisest not to insult me.”

"Okay got it! Don't insult witches in forests."

“Hmmph.” Luciana said, turning around then she murmured, “Ah, it’s getting dark.”

"I think you mean darker. Its already really dark."

Luciana ignored him, and took out her wand, she muttered, “¬¨µøß.” The tip of her wand glowed, then she held it like a torch and said, “We’ll be there in 7 minutes now, the darkness tends to slow things down.”

"WELL OKAY WHATEVER YOU SAY!!"

“.. are you scared of the dark?”

"NO! I'M NOT!"

"Okay got it! Don't insult witches in forests."

"I'd say just don't insult witches." Aiya shrugged. "Luciana's pretty nice, but I've met some very hotheaded witches."

“Can you stop yelling? You’re going to wake the Meyas (… I dunno what a Meya is, I just made it up. .-.)” Luciana asked annoyedly, then she added, “Thank you Aiya.”

(How about scary fairies?)
"Okay I'll stop…" Corin really was afraid of the dark, but he wasn't about to tell her that.
