She walked downstairs and opened the door not caring about her messed up hair

”Hey Bets.” Henry smiled at seeing her. ”This is an amazing looking place out here.”

She smiled " merry Christmas" she ssud throwing him the keys to tye ood house

Henry caught the keys in surprise. ”Bets, what’s this?” he asked smiling.

Lysander was grinning as he walked into the room. ”Hey, guys.” he looked at Betty. ”Did you tell them?”

" ly and I are staying here" she said

Henry blinked in confusion, glancing at the keys. ”Wait a minute. Are you serious?”

”Yeah.” Lysander smiled, wrapping an arm around Betty. ”My old house is yours. Yours, Tyler's and Asher’s.”

" I told lysander he could stay at his house but he choose to stay here with me" she.said.looking up at him

Lysander chuckled. ”Why would I want to live somewhere she isn't?” he asked.

”Ly… Bets…” Henry choked out still a little shocked. ”I can't believe this.”

" well believe it Hen you need a place especially with Asher besides home is where hr is" she said nudging her head towards Lysander

Henry looked up at the two of them. ”C-can I come in?”

" please come in" she said

Henry smiled at the invitation, stepped inside and hugged them both. ”Thank you.” he almost whispered.

Lysander returned the hug warmly.

She smiled hugging him

Henry smiled and pulled out of the hug, wiping his eyes a little. ”Well, Ly. You married a Saint.” he chuckled a little.

Lysander smiled and kept his arm around his wife. ”I know I did.”

Betty blushed " it's no thst big of a deal" she said

Henry shook his head. ”It kinda is. I… I did something pretty stupid a long while back, and father hasn't let me own my own property since then. The house I've been using when we dated; it actually belongs to him.”

Lysander nodded. ”Honestly, I think Charles just overreacted and refuses to admit it.” he told Betty, before looking back at his brother. ”But he has no control over me giving you the house and the property now belongs to you, Henry.”

"don't mention it bud" Betty said as Tyler walked in to the house carrying Asher

Henry smiled and turned to Tyler, holding the keys to show her. ”They gave us the house.” he said, almost as though he still couldn't believe it.

Tyler nodded "Betty already told me"

”When did she tell you?” Henry asked, a little disappointed that he had been left out of the loop.

Lysander almost winced, figuring that Betty must have told Tyler when he was away.

"when she was crying. . ." Tyler started to say but stopped when Betty cut her off with hand gestures

Henry looked back and forth between Betty and Tyler. ”What happened?” he asked.

Lysander sighed. ”It was my fault. I wanted to do something nice for Betty but I had to visit Charles first and… He kept me away for a week.”

"by the way Tyler I met the father of your baby and he's a dick' she said

Henry rolled his eyes at Lysander’s explanation. ”That sucks.” he said a little sympathetically since he knew that feeling.

Lysander nodded and turned to Tyler, curious about Asher’s father.

"yeah he's a perv too" Tyler said

"Yeah I noticed he can't keep his hands to himself" Betty said

”Who is he?” Lysander asked. ”Besides Asher’s biological father.”

Henry gave a small smile at his brother's wording.
