"But what if you are?" He asked, biting his lower lip, leaning closer to her. Starring at her lips, he inched closer.

" I'm not Collins I'm with Brad" she said

"What if that's the wrong answer for you?" He asked softly, starring into her eyes.
Brad came up to the door, unlocking the door. He pushed it open, and smiled. "Hey, I came to-" He stopped seeing Collins and Caroline, practically lips touching.

Caroline didn't hear Brad " Collins you can't do this Brad is your best friend and the love of my life he's the right answer for me I'm sorry you haven't found yours yet" she said

Collins pulled back, a frown on his face. "Fine, but I haven't felt like this for anyone else." He said softly, before getting up and heading to the door. His eyes bulged when he saw Brad. "H-hey Brad…"

She quickly turned around already breaking the skin on her palms " Brad!"

Brad was attempting to stay calm, and he was doing rather well. You'd never know he was furious at his best friend, unless you paid attention to his strained arm. "Hey guys." He said with a smile, pretending he hadn't seen what had just happened. "It's good to see you Collins, you look healthy." Brad noted, hugging Collins. Collins was surprised, but didn't say anything, why would he?

Caroline looked at him chewing on her thumb, a nervous tick

"Were you leaving?" He asked Collins, still smiling after they pulled from the hug. Collins nodded awkwardly, and waved. "Y-yeah, see you later." He whispered, before dashing out the front door. "Hey sweet thang, how are you today?" He asked, still smiling.

she shuddered ¨I feel disgusted¨

"Why's that?" He asked, still in such a fake sweet tone. He was going to play it off like he never saw it.

she smiled sadly ¨It doesn´t matter¨ she sighed.

"Are you sure?" He asked, wanting to hear the truth from her. But if she didn't offer it, he wasn't going to ask more.

¨No Not really it´s stupid anyway¨ she said.

“Nothing is stupid Caroline.” He told her, as he walked over and sat besides her.

"he kept kissinng me" she said

“Collins?” Brad asked innocently, trying to not act like he knew.

¨I know you saw us Brad Don´t lie to me I´m Your girlfriend¨ she said

He sighed, leaning over and kissing her lips. “Yeah I saw you. But you were going to lie straight back.” He told her, in between kissing her.

¨I didn´t think it bothered you¨ she said.

“You lying to me?” He asked, pulling away from her lips.

¨No I genuinely thought it didn´t bother you¨ she said.

“Oh it killed me.” He whispered, laying a hand on her knee. “But I’ve been trying to hide it.”

¨Why?¨ she asked with a tilted head

“Because I don’t want to be the obnoxious over protective boyfriend.” He sighed sitting back in his seat.

¨Your the perfect boyfriend…and i think it´s cute when you get jealous and overprotective

“I just don’t want to take it too far.” He sighed, but smile some.

¨You won´t trust me it kills me when girls hang off of you¨ she said with an eye roll

“I try to tell them to leave me alone, but I set a reputation for myself.” He sighed, laying his head on her shoulder.
