Alianatook a deep breath and shut her eyes. She whispered out one final time, "I'm sorry."

Hatta shook his head. "Don't apologise. You have nothing to apologise for."

Aliana wiped at her eyes. She let out a sigh, "I, I know. I-I'm sorry."

Hatta sighed. "Aliana. Stop apologizing." He said firmly.

Aliana looked up at him and wiped at her eyes once more. She was about to say sorry again but stopped herself, "I- Okay."

He nodded. "There. Good." He said softly.

Aliana blinked a few times trying to clear the remaining tears, "Thank you."

He nodded. "You're welcome."

Aliana let out a breath and leaned back against Hatta, "I don't know why I keep having these stupid nightmares."

Hatta shook his head. "They aren't stupid." He replied softly.

"How do you know?" Aliana looked up at Hatta with big eyes.

He shrugged. "Because you aren't stupid."

Aliana wanted to laugh but couldn't bring herself to, "That doesn't mean the nightmares aren't stupid."

He shrugged. "Maybe so."

Aliana let out a sigh and rested her head against Hatta. She muttered softly, "And they keep getting worse."

Hatta nodded. "I know. I'm sorry."

"Why?" Aliana asked softly, "It's not your fault."

He shrugged. "I can be sorry anyways, can't I?"

"I guess," Aliana admitted, "But you shouldn't be."

Hatta shrugged. "But I am.

Aliana sighed figuring she couldn't argue with him, "But you are."

Hatta sighed softly. "Mm."

Aliana yawned and felt herself start to nod off, "Yep."

Hatta sighed softly, running a hand through his hair.

Aliana let out another soft sigh before her eyes fell shut.

Hatta held her gently.

Aliana ended up falling asleep against Hatta once again.

Hatta lay down again after a moment.

Aliana nuzzled against him in her sleep.

Hatta pulled the blankets over them.
