She glanced at Steven, and shot the ice at Alaster, only to hit a stray tentacle. She growled an continued to struggle.

Alaster narrows his eyes, squeezing nightfall more tightly. at this point, the tentacles were completely wrapped around the bubble, in alaster's attempts to pop it.

Nightfall struggled harder as the tentacles slowly began to wrap around her neck, then she realized that Steven's bubble was completely covered. "Steven!!" She shouted. She glanced around, trying to find anyone else who could help.

Steven did not like this one bit. His eyes went wide, “Stop it!” He yelled, before Amethyst came running, followed close behind by a very angry Spinel. He watched in horror as the fighting commenced, trying to get a word out, but only when the demon poofed Amethyst did he snap. “I said… STOP IT!!!!” He roared, summoning his shield, expanding it to make the bubble pop. The force of this sent Alastor stumbling back slightly.
Spinel gasped as Amethyst retreated into her gem, and in one swift motion, avoided the flailing limbs and dove for it, catching her gem before retreating a little ways away, having a feeling that Steven was about to break.
She was right, after shielding her eyes from the burst, Spinel stared at him to find that his skin had turned a vibrant pink, glowing with rage.

Alaster gets up, an evil look still present on his face. the tentacles dive after steven quickly, trying to puncture him.

The tentacles around Nightfall's neck tightened, and she started choking. She tried to claw and bite at the tentacles, but to no evail. Guess Steven's sort-of explosion didn't distract this guy from me. She thought as she fought against the black snake-like things.

Steven only hesitated to stare at his hand before lunging at him, creating two small bubbles around his fists, proceeding to use them like boxing gloves, parrying his attacks that got too close, making sparks go flying. “NEVER. TOUCH. MY. FRIENDS. AGAIN!!!!” He snarled, ending every word with a punch as he tried to free Nightfall.
Spinel watched in shock, holding Amethyst’s gem protectively. Oh how much she wished to destroy this man…
“Steven?” She said quietly, worried.

The edges of her vision were black, and her struggles were getting weaker, her claws bouncing harmlessly off of the tentacles.

Poppy shook and ran over to Nightfall. “Oh my god! Are you ok?”
Poppy rubbed Nightfall’s head, trying to calm her nerves, I guess Wendy’s treatment training was finally going to be used. “D-Don’t worry… I’ll help you… I… I can do this… don’t worry please.”

“Stay back!” Spinel shouted, seeing that Poppy was walking right into the blast zone, and beside Nightfall; who was trapped in tentacles. If Poppy didn’t get her butt out of this dangerous situation, Spinel would make her.

Poppy jumped, seeing as Taily already had her arms around her. Taily spread her wings and flew up into the air.
Taily started to cry. “You aren’t leaving me! You won’t! This isn’t your fight!”
Poppy started to get worried. “But… the girl… she might die if I don’t help…”
Taily got more annoyed and flew farther away. “I don’t care! Your life is more Important to me! I almost lost you already, I’m not going through that again.”

“Girl?” Spinel asked, ignoring the drama, wondering if she was talking about Amethyst or Nightfall, as Nightfall wasn’t exactly a girl, in a human sense. But she hoped they were talking about Ames, as that’s who she was more worried about.

A few blows later, and the tentacles let go of nightfall. Alaster was on the ground, staring at it with a blank look.

watches from a tree and glitches I think to myself So they can take on that being but I doubt he would not go down for another fight, which I should help

He then gets off dusting himself off, laughing. "Man, that was the most fun I've had in years!"

Steven was still angry, but stopped his attacks, he looked like steam was going to start pouring out of his ears. “You almost killed them!!” He growled, glancing at Amethyst, then Nightfall, disgusted by his actions.
Spinel was acting very weary as she creeped her way back over, clutching Amethyst’s gem as if it was about to slip out of her grasp and escape.

(Steven isn’t yelling very very loudly, I’m just making it bold to emphasize his pink form)

Poppy groans. “Let me help Nightfall! She might be hurt! Let me go!”
Taily started to sound angry. “No! You aren’t getting hurt!”
Poppy growled. “Enchantment weight!”
Then Taily was holding Poppy, trying to hold her up, Poppy’s weight enchantment is Taily’s least favorite spell. Taily struggled to keep Poppy in the air, she slowly fell down to the ground.
Taily groaned. “Stop! Stop the enchantment!”
Poppy growled. “Then let me go! Enchantment weight double!”
Taily couldn’t take it, she let go of Poppy, who landed in a lake. Poppy came out from the lake and sprinted to the others, Taily chased after her.
Poppy sighed. “Release enchantment, enchantment speed.”
Poppy sped up a lot, and start running towards where she once was.

Alaster chuckled. "Oh, so what if a few people die? That was surely entertaining! Isn't that all that matters?"

"You know what how about you fight a true fighter" I say from the tree but it echos around alaster

Poppy came through the forest, tripping on a log and launching herself on accident, eating some dirt, falling near Spinel and Amethyst. Poppy coughed out dust and dirt, then brushed the dirt off of her when she stood up. Poppy blushed with embarrassment, she was really clumsy.

He was about to take another swing, but Spinel interrupted him.
“Steven, I really didn’t think I’d ever say this but; he’s not worth it. Did you see what he did to us?” She asked, showing him the poofed gem. It was clear she was distressed by the way her hair was fluffed up cartoonishly.
Steven, upon seeing Amethyst, suddenly lost his pink aura and realized what just happened, wide eyed.

Alaster faced death. "Ah, a new challenger?" he says, dusting off a bit more. "Sorry sir, but show's over for now. Come back again!"

Jumps from the tree and lands a couple feet from Alaster and I smirk " I doubt that. How about you not mess with my friends or you will get a beat down" punches my fist into my claw as I crack my knuckles

“Who eva’ said we were friends?” Spinel asked bitterly, making Steven frown.

glares at spinel and looks at alaster as I glitch a little "well what are you waiting for"

He shrugs. "If you say so." A tentacle slams death to a tree, wrapping around his neck tightly.

smirks and glitches and appears behind alaster. "Is that all you got" Punches alaster in the back as I send him forward I glitch in front of him and I punch him in the face knocking him back. I dust off my claw

Spinel just shooed Steven back, preventing him from being part of a scene where the carpets were all red. She wasn’t going to have Amethyst’s best friend die while she was around.

(Internet be like: goes down for more than two days.
Me: Fuck you.
So, what has happened while I was gone? The internet was down and I can see I missed a loooot.)
