A smile rested on her lips, and she shuffled over to her suitcase. "Sure thing honey." She called over her shoulder slipping down to the floor. She opened her suit case, and pulled out a pair of silky shorts, and a tank top to slip on.
He put the clothes in the hamper, then came back in to change. “Did you take the make up off yet?” He asked look in the closet and taking off his shirt.
"Not yet, same for my hair." She hummed, sitting on the bed with her legs crossed over each other. "Why? Do you want me to?"
“Well, I mean we’re staying up much longer. Do you want any help?” He asked as he finished changing. Raven sat on the bed. “Had fun tonight?”
“I did, and I might need help with my hair.” She hummed, leaning over and resting her head on his shoulder.
“Well, let’s get the hair situated. Turn around,” he smiled.
Sighing, she sat up and turned. “Honestly, I guess I am ready for bed.” She mumbled yawning.
He untied her hair and took out the flowers. “Well, you should be.” He let her hair fall and then started to braid her hair loosely.
"You're so gentle…" She whispered, relaxing as his fingers ran through her hair. "I love how you can do that, go from one to the other so quickly."
“Anything for you Princess,” he kissed her cheek. “Do you want help with your make up or you got it?”
"I got it, but if you talk to me while I wash it off, I won't complain." She hummed, leaning back into his arms. "You're great company."
"As I should be," he whispered. "I am a little sleepy though, so go and wash the make up and I'll be laying right here for you."
"Alright love." She nodded, turning and pecking his cheek. After that, she got up and slipped into the bathroom. After about 10 minutes, she had washed and moisturized her face, and brushed her teeth. Stalking back into the bedroom, she flipped off the lights and slipped onto the bed. "You still awake?"
"A little bit," he chuckled lightly and wrapped his arm around Ira. "I'll tell my mother about out wedding at breakfast tomorrow."
“Mmm sounds good.” Ira whispered back, relaxing her head into his chest. “Can we talk? For just a little bit, since we’re alone.”
Raven smiled warmly. “Yeah sure, is there something you wanted to say?”
"Yes, really bad." She whispered, leaning into him. "It's been bugging me all day, or almost all day."
“Well, tell me what it is!” He laughed.
Sucking in a deep breath, she pulled herself from his arms and sat up. "I…Well, you know how I told you about… the other guy earlier?"
“Which guy, you told me about a lot of guys…” Raven joked.
"Elias Delton." She said simply, not smiling. "The one I dated, after highschool. The other guy."
“Mmm yeah what about him?” Raven frowned. “Did he do something to you?”
"Well," She sucked in a second deep breath, looking back to Raven. "I had gotten pregnant. With him. Before he even proposed."
Raven sat up, “What! Did you have the baby?!”
Biting her lip, she shook her head. "N-no…" Ira whispered, looking at Raven. "And I didn't chose it that way either."
“So you’re telling me that you already had sex with someone else, not only that you got pregnant and then didn’t think to tell me, your fiancé who you have been dating for what 6 or 7 years, that you almost had a baby. Got it. I was fine with the whole killing thing like whatever you’ll get out of it, but this? Really?” Raven rubbed his face. “Okay, what happened next?”
"I'm sorry, I really am honey. I have this problem, I just can't tell the truth, on things like that." She curled her legs up to her chest. "I don't like admitting my mistakes, and I don't like breaking those walls of memories open. No one besides me knows that." She frowned, scooting away from him some. "I'm sorry." She whispered again, feeling like the worst human being ever. "Basically, I had a miscarriage. Elias got killed. And then I met you."
“So What was all the wait till marriage stuff. Did you want the baby that he gave you. You should be able to tell me everything, but why don’t you. I’m your fiancé for crying out loud. I love you and the fact that you can’t tell me these things just tells me that you don’t want to tell me anything.” Raven ran a finger through his hair.
"I-I made a mistake with him. That's why I wanted to wait." She whispered, looking at Raven. Her white-blonde hair came loose from the braid, and part of it fell in her face. Her brilliantly blue eyes traced him up and down. "I want to tell you things, but it's hard OK? I was told to keep my feelings, and my past to myself as a kid. I grew up that way." She muttered sharply, trying not to break her guard.
“Yeah and what other secrets are you hiding from me. What other things should I not know. I get it you grew p that way, but your about to get married to me! What else is there to hide. I know you’re in a group of assassins, but what does that have to do with trust Ira. Every times you tell me things like this do you know what goes through my head. I think ‘What else do I not know. Should I be worried, how much do I really know about you?’ Ira we have five days until we get married and you just come out with this. What is so wrong about opening up? I still love you and I always will, I can’t stand for any more lies. What else should I know and don’t tell me nothing because your afraid what else should I know.”
