Amethyst flushes, nudging spinel and showing her the drawing.
On the back is my signature and the date and time
“Yeah?” She looked to the paper and sees the, quite frankly, adorable drawing. “Oh…stars…” Spinel said under her breath, blushing as well, though a little more than Amethyst.
"That's… adorable…" amethyst says, still blushing.
My wings go around me to hide me and I lift my head up to see spinel and amethyst look at the drawing, I smirk
Spinel pointed at the signature, looking to Amethyst with an unreadable face and a tilt of her head that only said; ‘this guy…’
"Oh boy, why am I not surprised…" amethyst said.
My wings unhide me and I stand up an I walk to the forest as my wings fold
She snickered, covering her mouth to try and muffle her laughter. “We should give ‘em somethin’ back.”
"Yeah, we should." Amethyst says.
I climb up into my treehouse and my wings disappear as I walk in, I walk into the kitchen as I take a seat
“Geez, this has been a long couple days. It’s weird, like, every second I waited, feels like nothing compared to this…I hope the rest of my life is just like this.” Spinel beamed, looking like the happiest Gem alive.
Glitches a little and I put my hood up as I fall asleep
(Uh…sorry guys…I kinda didn't have time for a while…)
(It’s alright, I don’t blame you)
(I have no idea what to do now…)
(You can just pop out of the bushes, or hide in them and “spectate” until one of us find you because of a noise or something)
(Like you could witness Amethyst and Spinel being cute and Nightfall could just be like “what are those vibrantly colored scavengers doing??” Or “maybe I could steal those shiny things they have”)
(Spectate)
Nightfall watched silently through the leaves of the bush, her wings folded so her white and blue scales were hidden and she blended in with the shadows. What are these vibrantly colored scavengers doing? And why are they shiny? She thought as the sun glittered on their skin.
Spinel was by Amethyst’s side, blabbering away about something unimportant, but was being pretty expressive. They were, indeed, quite shiny, probably even a little pearlescent. Both of the odd scavengers had pretty big jewels on their chest. The purple one was circular and had a hexagonal cut, and the pink one was a faceted, upside down heart, that shined in the glint of the sun, and flickered with every other movement.
How are they wearing the gems like that? She wondered, tilting her head. Now that she thought about it, the scavengers looked like gems themselves. How is that possible?
Everything about them looked somewhat shiny, most of their clothes seemed silky, and despite looking gem-like, and being brightly colored, they looked “human”oid; two little legs, oddly round heads, you know, typical scavenger things. The stones actually seemed attached to them.
Why am I even hiding? It's not like they can hurt me. She thought. But hen again…it might be better to keep a safe distance… She took a step back and-CRACK! She froze as the twig snapped beneath her talon.
The pink one dropped her conversation and whipped her head around to look at where the dragon was hiding. “One sec…” She mumbled, standing up, beginning to step closer.
Three moons… Nightfall backed away from the bush, wings folded tightly against her sides, but prepared to attack if she had to. Her heartbeat sped up as the shiny pink scavenger moved closer.
They looked absolutely done, like a RainWing that missed sun-time. “Hello..?” They called, walking closer as they tilted their head to get a better look at whatever was hiding in the shadows.
Nightfall's breathing sped up. There was no room to spread her wings, and if she shot ice at the creature, it would most likely hit a plant. She was trapped, and she hated the feeling. She tried to move back, only to be poked by sharp plants. "Ow!" She cried, and gasped, but it was too late. The sound slipped out.
Even if the ice did hit them, it would probably be very angry, and start attacking, if the frost breath didn’t take effect immediately. “Ah-ha!” She cried, jumping forward and batting the bush away, grinning, only to see a familiar face. “Wait a hot minute, I remember you!” She said, surprised to find the same creature that stalked them before.
Nightfall paused, realizing she could understand the shiny pink creature. "Uh…" She had no idea how to react. Talk to it? Attack it? Escape?
