Lucien let out a faint breath as they walked, sticking near Aki and René. He had them both now.

They made it to the dining hall and he gave a relieved sigh. "I'm so hungry I could eat a horse." He laughs quietly.

Lucien laughed at that. "Well, we don't serve horse meat here, but we do serve plenty of other food."

He snickers quietly before kissing his cheek. "Well. I'm glad we have plenty of food." He moves closer to Lucien's side.

Lucien nodded. "Mhm." He replied, smiling as he kissed Aki's cheek.

He giggles quietly at the kiss to his cheek, humming happily to himself. "What are you hungry for, Rene?" He asks curiously, glancing at the smaller prince.

René blinked. "Oh! I want…uhm…" He trailed off, thinking hard about that for a moment. "I don't know."

He hummed with thought. "What's you're favorite food? Maybe we can have that for breakfast!" He offers kindly, a small smile on his lips.

"Oh! Pancakes!" René replied happily. "Can I have pancakes, Lucien? And bacon and sausage and syrup??" he looked at his older brother with wide, excited eyes.

Lucien blinked. "Oh. Uhm…yeah, I don't see why not."

He chuckles quietly, his eyes soft. Aki always had a soft spot for younger children. He was always so warm and welcoming to them. He hummed as he gently squeezed Lucien's hand as they walked.

René bounced happily. "Yay!" he grinned at the two, squirming a little bit.

Aki laughs quietly at the excitement Rene had. It was really cute. He glanced over at Lucien. "And what would you like for breakfast, my love?"

Lucien laughed a little bit. "Mm. Probably the same thing René is having. And you?" he smiled over at Aki.

Aki hummed softly. "Anything is fine!" He says cheerfully.

(Ahhhh!! I'm sorry. I thought I replied!!)

Lucien nodded a little bit, and ordered for the three of them. He handed out the plates and led the way to a table, smiling.

He follows after quietly, carrying his food. His eyes were bright and his tail wagged subtly. He was in a very good mood today.

Lucien sat down at the table, smiling at Aki and René.

Aki smiled back in reply before waiting to eat. The rule was that royalty ate first.

Lucien took a bite of food, and René dug in happily.

Once he saw that they ate he began to eat as well, though he seemed lost in thought. However he quickly shook himself out of it and focused on his food.

Lucien and René were mostly quiet as they ate, René squirming just a little bit.

He ate quietly, his eyes focused on the food. He was tired but he was happy at the moment.

Lucien wrapped an arm around Aki's shoulders, rubbing his arm gently with his thumb.

Aki leaned into him and smiles warmly, kissing his cheek gently. He leans against him ever so slightly.

He smiled softly, looking at Aki and then over at René.

Aki finished his food before slowly leaning back in his chair. "Delicious as always, Lucien." He smiles warmly at the other. He paused before clearing his throat. "Prince Lucien…" He still wasn't sure if he should refer to Lucien as Prince Lucien. The staff made it very clear that they didn't appreciate Aki's presence.

Lucien raised his eyebrows a little, seeming a little confused at Aki's use of his title. "Yeah?" He asked softly. "What is it?"

He blinked a few times before smiling a little and kissed his cheek. "Ah, nothing. Just wasn't sure if I should refer to you as Prince Lucien in public places…" He paused before shaking his head and taking his hand gently. His thumb mindlessly ran over his knuckles and he relaxed.

He hummed faintly. "I mean…in formal settings, probably, but otherwise, no." He replied, kissing Aki's cheek in return.
