Cat dropped her bag next to Lotus'. "That's fine. Do you want to go up?" She asked walking towards the first step. The "steps" were large wooden platforms going in a slight spiral shape until they stop at the top.
Cat dropped her bag next to Lotus'. "That's fine. Do you want to go up?" She asked walking towards the first step. The "steps" were large wooden platforms going in a slight spiral shape until they stop at the top.
"Sure," Lotus responded heading towards the structure. They stepped up the first tep and kept heading up, "You coming with?"
Cat nodded following behind them. She quickly caught up walking beside Lot. The wood creaked slightly but other than that it seemed fine.
Lot felt their heart rate spike each time the wood creak. They made it to the top and looked across the park, "This is so damn high."
Cat nodded again. "Yeah like sitting up here some times. The slides weird though. our hair goes all static and there's ton of graffiti. You can stop your self halfway too," She said sitting down.
"Then I don't think I'm going down," Lotus responded with a slight grin as they leaned against the railing, "This hasn't broken on you before?"
"Going downs the best part though!" Cat said. "And no but I wouldn't lean on it if I were you." She crossed her legs looking down.
Lot quickly stopped leaning on the railing standing in the middle of the platform. They looked at Cat, "I would rather not tempt death today."
Cat nodded and stood up. looking at Lot. "The slides the newest part about this whole thing," She said standing less than a foot away from Lotus.
"And how new would that be?" Lotus asked looking down at the slide, "Ten plus years?"
"Probably like 5. I think. the years written on it dont go that far back. She said stepping closer. "I could go down first if you want."
"Please do," Lotus nodded moving away from the entrance so Cat could get in.
Cat smiled and walked to the entrance. Placing her hands on the bars above and sitting down. She let go. a few seconds past and she didn't come out the end.
Lot looked down the end and didn't see Cat. They crouched down and called into the tunnel, "Cat? Are you alive?"
Cat smiled and had to try not to laugh. She banged on the slide slightly not saying anything.
Lotus looked to the side and remember what Cat said. They crossed their arms and sat down, "I'm coming down now!"
Cat adjusted herself so she can slide down without making any skin to skin contact. She smiled biting her lip to stop herself from laughing.
Lotus waited a few moments before hearing no response. They called out again, "I was trying to see if that would cause a reaction. I guess not."
Cat raised her eyebrows. She debated on saying something. Deciding to keep staying silent.
Lotus shrugged and went down the slide keeping their arms to themselves and an eye out for Cat. She had to be in the slide somewhere.
Cat was in the middle. Closer to the bottom. She waved at Lotus. "Hey," She said keeping herself still.
Lotus glared at her and called out as they slid past. They didn't bother to try and stop themselves, "Bye."
Cat giggled and let go so she could slide down. Coming down behind them. When she got to the bottom she tried to stand but fell.
Lotus was at the bottom and standing at that point. They saw Cat and smile a little as the other struggled to stand up, "Having a problem?"
"I think my foot fell asleep from you taking that long," She joke standing back up. "I was right about the slide though! completely safe!"
"Sure," Lotus responded brushing the static out of their hair with their hands. They looked at Cat with a raised eyebrow, "Your the one who decided to stick there."
Ct laughed her hair still staticky. She tried to calm it down. "Do you want to go down again?" She asked leaning on the slide.
"No," Lotus shook their head and rubbed at their arm. They had a grin on, "Though it wasn't that bad."
Cat smiled. "Well at least you went down once," Cat said. "What should we do now?"
"I don't know," Lotus shrugged as they smile, "Anything else you want to do?"
