" what are you doing"she asked with a giggle

”Taking you upstairs.” He smiled, sweeping her off her feet and carrying her bridal style to the stairs.

She giggled wrapping her arms around him

Lysander chuckled as he made it back to the main level of the house.

”Hey! You actually got him out.” Henry said playfully. ”Does this mean the three of us have to move out?” he joked.

”Shut up, Henry.” Lysander rolled his eyes with a smirk as they headed to the kitchen.

"So Betty when you going to have a little of your own" Tyler asked.

"yeah let's not talk about that considering the fact that I have to be at a wedding in 3 days" she said

”Oh?” Henry raised a brow. ”Whose wedding?”

"according to my brother what was supposed to be my own
so I'm guessing I'm going to show up and he's going to be like surprised you're getting married to the stranger and I'm like okay"

Lysander froze at the news and his smile faded. ”And who are you supposed to be marrying?”

"some guy from Australia" she said

”Do you love him?” Lysander asked softly as he carefully set her down and let her stand on her own.

"there's only one guy I love" she said

Lysander gave a small smile. ”Do you want to marry this stranger?” he asked, a small idea forming.

"of course not him" she said

”Would you still want to marry me?” he asked a little shyly.

"what depends if you would still want to marry me" she said

”Of course, I do.” he answered earnestly. ”I don’t want to marry anyone else.”

She smile "I want to marry you too"

He smiled a little brighter before kissing her again.

She smiled kissing him back.

He chuckled a little as he tenderly pulled away. ”I’m starting to think we’ve put off getting married for too long.”

”Would you be willing to marry me in say… three days?” he almost smirked.

She wrapped her arms around his neck " I would" she said

”Ly, what are you planning?” Henry asked with a note of concern.

Lysander shrugged. ”Chill out, Henry. I was just thinking that since Betty’s family already put together a wedding for her… Let's just change the groom.” he explained.

”You don't mind?” Lysander asked a little excited.

" I've been waiting to marry you for two years" she said

Lysander nodded happily. ”I’ll get a new suit. Do you want to pick out our wedding rings together?”

”I’m assuming I’ll be the Best Man.” Henry smirked.
