@Spider-man
She nodded. “Yeah. It was awhile ago so I honestly wasn’t sure if everything I said was correct,” she said. “I’m guessing you arnt out in school.”
She nodded. “Yeah. It was awhile ago so I honestly wasn’t sure if everything I said was correct,” she said. “I’m guessing you arnt out in school.”
"Oh hell no," Lotus responded a little laugh. They let out a long sigh and started to hold themselves, "People are a menace and that's why I don't associate myself with them."
“But you associate yourself with me,” she teases smiling. “And I’ve been called a menace once or twice.” I lean back on my chair.
Lotus rolled their eyes with a slight laugh, "I associate myself with you by fate, not choice."
She laughed. “Yeah I guess so but you could have chosen to ignore me,” she reminded her. She was so happy she didn’t. She couldn’t take that kind of rejection.
"I was about to," Lot muttered to themselves before letting out a laugh, "I suppose I could have. Would've been interesting to see what you would do."
“I was actually planning on leaving. I thought I made things to weird,” she admitted. “If you didn’t respond I was going to be gone the next day.”
"You did make things weird," Lot responded with a sigh checking the time. They ran a hand through their hair, "But, uh, I'm glad you tried to fix it."
“Yeah I am to. Sorry again,” I poked down at the desk.
"It's fine," Lot responded standing up from the chair, "I got to go.Talk to you later?"
“Yeah I’ll see you tomorrow,” I say standing up. I grab my back and phone.
(Please respond in third person)
Lotus gave her a nod and a wave as they exited the computer lab. They hummed a little as they walked home.
(Oh shit I usually do sorry I think it’s because I’ve been writing in 1st lately)
Cat smiled and walked away. She was actually happy to go home and relax. Once she got home she started drawing.
(It's fine. I just figured you should know.)
Lotus went to their room and sat down in their chair. They could see the lipstick had faded away slightly. They wiped the rest off of their lips revealing the dark blue mark that was their touch imprint. Grabbing the lipstick on their desk they reapplied it to cover up the mark.
As cat drew she thought about Lotus. She drew them leaving marker marks and some pencil all over the sides of her hands.
Lot noticed as they worked on the program the marks on their hand. They figured it was just Cat drawing.
it’s the next day and Cat isn’t in 1st period. The teacher calls her name but no one says anything. She didn’t even write anything for Lotus.
Lotus was in first period and noticed Cat not there. Being a little worried after yesterday's talk they wrote on theri arm, "what's up?"
Cat didn’t write anything for awhile. “I’m sick” was all she wrote after almost an hour.
"okay" Lotus was in math class at that point. They understood Cat being ill, but it was super sudden.
Cat had cleaned all of her marks and the writing after only a few minutes. No other marks appeared not even on her hand.
Lotus watched as the marks disappeared. There was no way Cat was just sick. They took a pen and wrote carefully on their arm, "are you okay? safe?"
“Safe.” she wrote back. Her words washing away after a few more minutes. During lunch Sam can over time Lotus. He sat down across from them.
Lotus let out a sigh and looked up a little surprised to seem someone sitting across from them, "Um hello?"
“Hey you’re Lotus right?” He asked biting the inside of his cheek slightly. He leaned on the table.
"That would be me," Lotus responded very carefully, "And who are you?"
“Sam you might have seen me at the library. I’m not really sure what cat told you,” He said biting his cheek more.
"Oh," Lotus felt the wheels turning in their head and they spoke a little quieter asking, "Are you one of her foster siblings?"
Sam nodded. “Yeah good she told you that. I umm is there a way for you to go see her after school?” He asked.
"Uhhh," Lotus thought for a moment running their head through their schedule, "Yeah, I can do that. Is something wrong with her?"
