Jules was quiet, leading them inside and sitting down. "Here we go." He said with a smile.

Jack followed Alexei, quiet. He was smiling, though, not stopping.

Francis took a seat in the chair. He smiled. He hadn’t sat in an auditorium seat for quite some time. And although he didn’t care much for the shows, the seats brought a familiar, pleasant memory to his mind.

Alexei slowed once they reached the third floor, panting a bit to catch his breath. He walked past each box that wasn’t theirs, eyes squinted to read the numbers. “Finally,” he breathed once they reached 36. “Here we are. We will have to keep low. This is a private box but…they can still see us sitting.”

Elizabeth was seated beside Francis, wondering if she should, perhaps, have been more careful, since she was now alone with two men she did not know, without even her brother. And though Jack might have been a rake and a rascal, she knew that in a pinch, he would still protect her honor.

Jack nodded, smiling a little. "Of course." He replied, nodding his head to Alexei. "We can sit on the floor, if necessary."

Francis glanced over at Elizabeth, offering her a small smile before he turned his gaze to the empty stage.

“Oui, the floor.” Alexei nodded quickly, weaving around the chairs to sit at the front of the box, where they could be concealed. He sat down cross-legged, sitting against the wall to keep himself upright. He lifted his hands to the edges of his wig. “J'ai tellement fini avec cette perruque,” he muttered to himself.

Elizabeth returned the smile lightly, then looked at the stage.

Jack sat down beside Alexei, smiling a little. At the words in French, he cocked his head. "I'm sorry, I didn't…I don't speak very good French."

French day back comfortably in his seat.

“I was talking to myself,” Alexei dismissed it with a chuckle. Now that they were out of sight, he worked his hands under the edges of his wig and took it off, revealing a head of copper hair. He set the wig aside, combing his other hand through his hair, “Ah, that feels much better.”

Elizabeth was quiet. Jules looked over at them. "Monsieur Olivier, Miss Montague." he said. "The show will start rather soon."

"Ah, alright." Jack reached over cautiously, knowing that if he had messed up, Alexei would probably hit him, or worse. He touched his hand lightly to Alexei's cheek.

“Wonderful,” Francis smiled, glancing up at the ceiling like he used to.

Alexei turned his head towards Jack at the touch, listing his hand to brush his finger’s against Jack’s hand.

Jules nodded a little bit. He took a deep breath.

Jack bit his lower lip a little, cocking his head at Alexei. "So, I uhm…you sure about this?" he asked. He didn't want to…he didn't know what to do.

Alexei smiled and chuckled through his nose. “I am sure…If we do not go too far.” Going far was too risky, especially in a public place like this. He shifted diagonally, studying Jack’s expression. “Are you sure?”

Jack nodded, a smirk spreading over his features. "Of course." he replied. "And yes, I'm sure." he took a deep breath, leaning closer to Alexei just a little bit.

“Well this is a first.” Alexei murmured just over a breath, his French accent oozing from his words. He looked at Jack over his nose, daring to lean even closer. He blinked slowly.

Jack smiled a little bit. "For you, maybe. But don't worry. I have plenty of experience. I can teach you." he leaned closer, eyes flickering shut for a moment, then opening again, looking at Alexei through half-lidded eyes.

As Alexei leaned closer in return, their noses brushed. “I imagine it is like kissing a lady, non?” He mumbled. His gaze softened, and Jack soon became out of focus for him, so he let his eyes flicker closed.

Jack shrugged a little. "Oui, for the most part." he breathed. "Except that neither of us is a lady." he closed his eyes. He finally closed the distance between him and Alexei, pressing his mouth to the other male's.

Alexei made a small, involuntary noise as the two of them made contact. His hand came to rest ever so tentatively on Jack’s jaw, barely brushing the skin. It seemed as if he were taken by surprise for a moment or so before he indulged returning the kiss.

Jack kept kissing Alexei, running his hands through the Frenchman's hair, eyes shut.

His hair was shorter than Francis’ would be in order to accommodate for his wig. The copper strands reached to his temples, just long enough for someone to rub their hands through. Alexei eventually cupped his jaw, traveling his hand up towards Jack’s hairline as well.

Jack kept running his hands through Alexei's hair, breaking away for just a moment to catch his breath, before bringing his mouth back to Alexei. He let out a soft sound as he felt Alexei's hands reach his hair, and he didn't break the kiss.

Alexei buried his fingers into Jack’s hair. He closed his eyes tight, pushing away any thoughts that told him he shouldn’t be doing this. He practically melted as the seconds went on, letting his shoulders sink. His initial tension relaxed more into comfort, and he leaned more into the kiss.

Jack gently tugged Alexei closer, hand roaming to the other male's back. His other hand stayed in Alexei's hair, running through the golden locks. He wondered if the Frenchman would push him away, but he didn't know. There were sounds from the theater as the opera began.

If Alexei was going to push him away, he didn’t do it yet. His actions gradually became more passionate as he leaned forward with Jack, but only to an extent. He paused when the sounds of the opera resonated throughout the auditorium. He opened his eyes, detaching his lips from Jack’s very briefly to catch his breath and whisper, “This is much more entertaining than a show.”

Jack's eyes flashed open, and a light smirk spread across his features. "Mhm." He agreed, meeting Alexei's eyes. "I have to agree with you there." His voice was whisper soft.

“Mhm,” Alexei smirked back, and once he caught his breath, continued closed the distance between them again. He pressed forward, using one hand to keep himself upright.

Jack kissed Alexei back, eyes flickering shut. He parted his lips, tilting his head and deepening the kiss. He ran his hands through Alexei's hair again.

Alexei made another soft noise in response, pressing his whole self closer against Jack. He buried his hands into Jack’s golden hair, lightly holding a handful of it.

Jack's chest was rising and falling quickly as he kissed Alexei. He ran a hand down Alexei's back, fisting in the other male's shirt. His eyes flickered for just a moment.

“If we get caught…” Alexei hummed sloppily into his mouth. He opened his eyes briefly, and then closed again. His grip in Jack’s hair tightened ever so slightly, and other hand came to rest behind his neck.

Jack swallowed. "We won't." he murmured. He parted his lips, tongue flicking out and brushing against Alexei's lips. He kept running his fingers through Alexei's hair.

Alexei tensed, gingerly flicking out his tongue to do the same. He didn’t have much experience and it was evident in his awkward, tentative motions. It did shit him up though, and he refrained from speaking the next thing in his mind.
