Melissa took out a beautiful outfit and a simple black cloak. She handed it to Lady Elspeth with a smile. "This was a gift from me to her with the promise that she would wear it when she goes outside for the first time." Melissa sat in thought for a few moments before sitting up. "Let's go to the armoury." Once she put on the new clothes, Lady Elspeth followed Melissa to the armoury where Rowan already was.

Jack bit his lip. “Well, no one was entirely in the right. The baker shouldn’t have been cruel to the magician, but the magician didn’t have to retaliate with a curse. The animals probably couldn’t help it, though. There are other ways to to do things that don’t hurt people. I think that’s what the king wants us to do. Undo the hurt. Find a better solution.”

[Let Melissa give you a tour]
“Thank you very much, Melissa,” Lady Elspeth said with a smile. She followed the young woman into the armory and gasped at the amount of weapons and armor on display. “This is amazing…”

"Ah, seems like an interesting subject." Hadley answered to the man.

Rowan walked towards the man after waving at the girl. "Have a good day then sir!" She smiled and continued doing her chores. Once the man came into view, Rowan could feel the same sense of unease wash over him like a wave crashing down. His gut was telling him that it may not be a good idea to come towards the man in his corner space.

Jack
The girl smiled and took off a simple bracelet from her wrist. A leather cord with a conch charm on it as well as a small crystal that's seemed to shimmer and change colours. "Blow on this conch if you are stuck between water and use this crystal to shine some light on your quest." She said and gave it to Jack. She hopped off the stool and walked off without another word.

Melissa gestured to the rack on her right. "Here are some of the best crafted swords in the kingdom. We have spears and small knives also crafted. Some have special hilts while others are simple. Many of the smaller weapons are easily concealed in clothing." She said and walked forward. Against a wall stood many suits of armour. "These are for the top knights and generals of our army. These atent what you will he wearing. You will have a simple armour, a chest plate, shield, some sturdy boots, and the optional helmet." She walked to a place where four suits like the ones she described were laid out. "You may choose whichever then go choose weapons." She said

After grabbing weapons, where would you like to go next?

The man smiled in response and gestured to the book. "The prince doesnt write in it any more, would you like the book? I only use it to add to my research." He explained

(Side note: when in battle or in a 'dangerous situation', you dont have to open inventory, take item out, then exit inventory like normal. You can just say it in a single command ie. 'I use 3 blow darts from inventory' or 'arrows from inventory')

Melissa follows you to Rowan who hasn't noticed your presence yet.

Jack heads to the armoury, a little confused as to what happened between the princess and himself. He goes inside and sees Lady Elspeth and Rowan.

Rowan
Rowan looks up from his inventory to see that Lady Elspeth and Jack have surrounded him. The man was still looking at them, a frown now on his face.

“Hey, you two,” Jack addresses Lady Elspeth and Rowan with a smile. “Are you getting weapons too?” He’s trying to act casual, but he can’t help the butterflies he feels upon seeing Lady Elspeth again.

[Accept the book and leave]
"Thank you, this may come in handy."

Hadley

The man simply smiles and goes back to reading. Hadley frowns at his behaviour but goes down the staircase and stops in the hallway.

“Hey, you two,” Jack addresses Lady Elspeth and Rowan with a smile. “Are you getting weapons too?” He’s trying to act casual, but he can’t help the butterflies he feels upon seeing Lady Elspeth again.

Rowan blinks before smiling. "I believe that was the plan," he says, casting a brief glance at the unsettling man.

[Go to the Ballroom]

Hadley

Hadley steps unti the ballroom which had its windows covered with a heavy velvet cloth. He frowned and went to pull them down but caught a glimpse of a strange golden light coming from the corner.

Hadley
Stepping closer to the flickering light, Hadley realized that it was actually the sun reflecting off a crystal that was being moved by a mouse. Upon seeing Hadley, the mouse squeaked and scurried away. The crystal, unbeknownst to him, was similar to the one that had been given to Jack by the princess.

Hadley picks up the crystal and realizes that it isnt just a crystal, it's part of a bracelet. The bracelet seem to be made of the same velvet as the curtains. He felt the bracelet and realized that there was another charm. Walking closer to the windows, he pulled one curtain down and let light shine in the dark room. The second charm he felt was a simple one of a cresent moon.
