Aliana slipped her shoes on and her backpack as well, "Then let's go, I guess."
Aliana slipped her shoes on and her backpack as well, "Then let's go, I guess."
Hatta nodded, putting his shoes on. "Alright."
Aliana gave a nod and let out a bit of a sigh. She straightened her straps, "Um, lead the way."
Hatta started walking, heading downstairs.
Aliana followed after him quietly. She hoped today would be better than yesterday.
Hatta was quiet. He turned in the key, and headed outside.
Aliana followed him out a chill running down her spine as they entered back into the town. She didn't like the feeling, but figured they were getting out of town soon anyway.
Hatta was quiet as he led her through the town, eyes flickering around. It was still rather early, so not many people were out and about.
Aliana kept looking around as she kept her breathing under control. They were leaving, and then this town was probably never going to be around them again.
Hatta was quiet as he led her down the main Street, towards the end of the town.
Aliana could spot the townspeople watching them leave. She assumed this place didn't get a lot of visitors, but that didn't explain why the inn had been full. Maybe, maybe this place got visitors and they just didn't leave.
Hatta took a deep breath, eyes flashing around for a moment. They were nearly out of the town.
Aliana took a deep breath and walked a little faster as she saw one of the people start to approach them.
Hatta glanced at her. "Something wrong?" He asked, raising his eyebrows curiously.
"No, no it's fine," Aliana let out the breath she didn't know she was holding, "Let's just get out of town yeah?"
Hatta nodded, and led Aliana out of the town. "Okay."
Aliana glanced back one more time and saw the stranger who didn't leave the border. She let out a long sigh, "Um, thanks."
Hatta nodded. "Yeah. You're welcome." He replied with a shrug.
Aliana nodded and kept walking feeling her body relax a little. She messed with the straps and kept quiet.
Hatta was quiet as he led her along.
Aliana looked around and hummed a little. She was soft and made sure not to disturb the sounds of the forest.
Hatta glanced over at her for a moment, and then back at the road ahead of them.
Aliana glanced at Hatta and then to the road as she hummed a little louder.
Hatta started to whistle along with her, quiet and careful.
Aliana smiled at Hatta as she kept her humming up.
Hatta smiled back, still whistling.
Aliana's tune was solemn, but upbeat. Sort of how the past few days had gone.
Hatta continued to whistle along, smiling.
Aliana closed her eyes as her mouth opened up so she was singing now.
Hatta kept whistling along.
