Darian: Lawful Good, would live off of sweets if he could, raises plants and doesn't kill them, has never sworn in his life and doesn't intend to, puts sprinkles and whipped cream on his hot chocolate, has never played a sport.
Hara: Chaotic Neutral, doesn't sleep, has one braincell left but intends to use it, you either think they're a bitch or the best and there's no inbetween, has two friends and a dozen acquantences, sometimes just. screams. and then carries on with their day.

Penny: Spontaneous, generally cheerful nature but knows when to shut up and focus, believes in cryptids and a select few conspiracy theories, fascinated by science and nature, major is likely some form of art or something math-based like engineering. Creative and likes to solve problems; likes spending time with her friends but prefers working alone to group projects. Does what she feels is the right thing and/or whatever makes her happy; motives include morals, discovery, and "because I can". Chaotic good.
David: Tries his best, incompetent but absurdly lucky and also pretty smart; knows how to BS something like nobody's business, not particularly outgoing or charismatic but knows enough to seem like he knows what he's talking about. Is often stressed, but tries not to let it get to him; intelligent but prone to mental lapses (misremembering, not paying enough attention). Neutral good.

Jasper: One of the leaders of a gang (not really cut out for the job though)
Elinor: The brains/planning/research of the operation
Finn: Conflicted religious boi; doesn't want to be a criminal but doesn't want to try too hard not to be one
Rayne: Life of the party, much smarter than anyone expects, 110% done with any and all bullshit
Lian: Badass, won't hesitate to fight for what she wants/needs, closed off about her past
Suyin: Lian's 14 y/o daughter, smart enough to know what's going on and smart enough to get involved as little as possible; spends her time reading and talking to Oliver
Oliver: Lived most of his 11 years on the streets; needy (physically & emotionally), starting That Phase where he's questioning the meaning of life
Noah: Soft, compassionate, always has a snack or game or listening ear, cares deeply about his friends and lets them know it
Will: Bitter, righteous, bitter, wants justice to be done, did I mention bitter? Angry at pretty much everyone, mainly Jasper & Thomas
Thomas: 400 y/o ghost with a god complex, takes it upon himself to maintain order in the world of the dead
Carter: Self-serving and doesn't try to hide it; can be manipulative

Jasper: Likes quoting old TV shows, tries to walk cool but just ends up looking drunk, does terrible accents, finger guns, needs a haircut, gullible, worries about first impressions too much
Elinor: Accidentally jumpscares everyone all the time, has 89 tabs open, rarely raises her voice, best fashion of the whole group, loves tea, very tired
Finn: Wears a lot of jewelry, drives WAY too fast, goes to sleep at 8:00 on the dot, oblivious as all heck, scarves, indecisive to the point where no one will go shopping with him

Penny: I mean this in the best way possible, but she sounds like Shane Madej from Buzzfeed Unsolved. Like just really generally chaotic. She seems like she'd be bold and fearless, with a good sense of humour.
David: I feel like he's maybe a little naive and clueless, and probably a bit of an idealist. Always has his head in the clouds. Glass half full kind of guy.

Suyin: Lian's 14 y/o daughter, smart enough to know what's going on and smart enough to get involved as little as possible; spends her time reading and talking to Oliver
Will: Bitter, righteous, bitter, wants justice to be done, did I mention bitter? Angry at pretty much everyone, mainly Jasper & Thomas

Suyin seems like someone who comes across as kind of cold and aloof, but is actually really sweet and friendly. Gives good advice.
Will Sounds like he's a bit of an edgelord. Nothing is ever his fault. Gets unreasonably mad whenever he is slightly inconvenienced. Yells a lot.

Stephen: Golden Retriever vibes. Super friendly and social; an extrovert. Hardly ever in a bad mood, and super easy to forgive.
Izzy: She sounds like someone who would drink like 14 Red Bulls in one day. Really loud, tends to dominate conversations but is also super driven.
Francesca: I don't really know what to say other than Steve Harrington vibes.

Schrei: yeah, i think he has severe rabies. he's a literal maniac who is now a friend/pet. also likes meat.

Talia: evil mime. she sounds like an evil mime. also doubles as the memelord villain who nobody takes seriously.
Izzy: screams. a lot. also has gymnastics injury history long as earth itself. wii fit trainer.

Talia is 100% a memelord villain, and you definitely nailed andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) lol

Caleb: 14, former chimney sweep with pyrokinetic abilities. Likes to daydream a lot.
Eva: 16, former textile factory worker. Has the ability to read minds, but generally doesn't unless she has to. Caleb's older sister.
Gerard: 18, Aerokinetic healer who's super vague about his past. Generally really sweet, but tends to get really worried and sometimes lashes out at people.
Alexis: 18, healer with the ability to move through solid objects. The only one who's ever able to talk sense into Gerard.
Matthew: 40-something. King of Toltova, who is really weirdly aloof and antisocial.
Frank: Train conductor who accidentally adopted a bunch of kids with superpowers. Has the power of persuasion.

Alexis: mediator. mediator vibes. the sensible one out of them all.
Matthew: nervous laughter at the wrong times. loves blankets. LOVES. blankets. watches cat videos.
Frank: always asks himself what went wrong. single father, ready to make you a dad-style hamburger with stale meat. he tries.
