“Yep,” Jane said cheerfully.

Nessa put away the hose and used one of the rags to dry her frizzy hair. "Well we still have the back up makeup in the costuming closets so we should be ok for tonight's shift and maybe tomorrows but after that we'll need the replacements."

Venus unlocked her silver Corolla and slid into the driver's seat. She plugged the key into the ignition, but she waited a second before turning it on. When she did, she backed out of her spot and drove home quickly.

Ender ran his fingers through his hair. "Can I have a towel?"

“Sure.” Jane tossed him one.

He rubbed his hair furiously with it.

Nessa grabbed a plastic trash bag, "Wet and paint soaked rags go here."

Venus arrived back, with fresh clothes and a fully cleaned up appearance. She looked at Blaine, "How can I help?"

Ender's hair stuck up from the water. "I could use a comb…"

“If you want to come to the store with me, I can restock maybe half of what we’ve lost…” Jane offered.

"Sure!" Ender said. "Anyone else want to come?"

Blaine nodded. "Why don't we all go?" she suggested.

“Okay. My car only holds four, though,” Jane said, grabbing her keys.

"I can take some of us, too," Blaine offered, making her way over to her purse and grabbing her keys from it.

"Let's throw the others in the back!" Ender suggested jokingly.

"We should decide who's going with who." Ender said.

"I'll take whoever wants to come with me," Blaine stated.

“I’m good with anyone. Though I must insist on Ender and Venus riding side by side, squished together, in a backseat.” Jane smiled and walked out to her car, swinging her keys on one finger and humming, ‘Love Story’.

Ender glanced at Venus then back at Jame. "Okay…"
