Marco was on the ground by now, curled into a defensive fetal postion, crying softly as the group of attackers laughed and ran off, not wanting to have the authorities called on them.
He ran over to the boy and touched his shoulder, "Hey, are you okay? Oh, you're the guy I saw at the mall. Why did they beat you like that?"
Marco winced when the other grabbed his shoulder, "I-I ran into them by accident…" he mumbled, uncurling himself and trying to get to his feet, glad his hair and shifter's markings were still hidden in his hood as he stopped in a sitting position against the wall, not realizing his sleve was still up, revealing the recent messages between the two.
"Come on, I'll take you to my place and we can get you cleaned up." He took his hand and pulled him up. His hood flew off. It took Levi a while to notice the markings on his next. "It looks like your soulmate talks to you a lot huh?"
(The shifter's marking he has ar the blue streaks he has in his hair.)
Marco shook his head, "Y-Yeah, he does…" he answered the second ting first, "But.. I-I can't accept your offer…"
(I had no idea those were there I was talking about the things he wrote on his neck XD)
"Why not? You definitely need a shower, somewhere to sleep, eat, and go to school. It's not like you're some kind of demon that'll destroy the world if you take a step into my house. Besides, it wasn't an option." Levi smiled and pulled him out of the ally. "So, have you met your soulmate yet?"
"N-No…" said Marco nervously, stumbling a little as he struggled to keep up with the other. "I-I haven't met him yet…"
"Well, he better be a nice guy or else," he threatened. Levi walked him to the car guided him into the passenger side. He got in the driver's side and started to drive home. "My name is Levi. What's yours."
"Marco.." he said softly, not entirely sure what else to do as the other drove off.
“Well, Marco, it’s nice to meet you,” he ruffled his hair and chuckled. He turned into the driveway, and parked the car. “Sorry for being so impulsive. I just have a tendency to help people. Not out of pity just so they could have a better future.”
Marco bit his lip as he nodded to the other, still uncomfortable with the situation.
(WHEN WILL THEY FIND OUT????)
(Like when he comes out the shower???)
He brought him in the house and to his room. Go take a shower while I get you some clothes to wear. He smiled and took a marker. “So, I took the homeless guy in and apparently his name is Marco. I was right about him being around our age!”
Marco nodded shyly, hesitantly moving into the washroom. Taking a breath he shut the door and locked it, surveying the room before cautiously stripping. He didn't notice the new writing on his arm, too bewildered by what was happening as he carefully moved to turn on the shower.
He waited a little bit. “Hello?” He wrote, raising an eyebrow. Levi sighed and grabbed a change of clothes for Marco.
Marco stepped into the shower, releasing a low hiss as the arm water sprayed onto his dark skin and onto several old bruises and small cuts. Allowing himself to get used to it he started scrubbing, scrubbing away dirt, and coincidentally, old writing between him and his soulmate.
Some writing on his arm started to disappear. “What is he doing!” He yelled looking at all their notes gone. Levi ran to the mirror and looked at his neck to see if what he wrote was still there and it was. I sigh of relief left his mouth and he sat back down in his chair. “Are you almost done in there Marco?”
(Will be offline for awhile)
(Awww okay…)
(My mom found me on notebook again, my hours will be severely limited from now on.)
(I thought you were allowed to be on though….)
(No, I made a secret account. She doesn't know it's still active though, and it's connected to a google account she doesn't know about. My hours will be limited to school hours only and the weekends I'm at my dads.)

Marco had almost finished scrubbing, having washed out his hair too as the water began to turn cold. "Almost!" he called shutting the water off and drying off with one of the towels folded on a rack, wrapping it around his thin frame before hesitantly coming out.
"Here are your clothes…" he turned around and he was breathless. "H-Here. Before you get dressed can I see your neck?" Levi moved his hair away and looked at his neck. He saw something that made him happy. "Hold out your right arm for a second, please."
Marco backed away a little, feeling very uncomfortable because of how the other approached him, but he didn't resist when the other took his arm, watching him warily.
He wrote on his arm. “Look up I think I’m your soul mate.”
Marco's eyes widened in silent disbelief at what the other had written, backing away a little for a number of reasons. For one, he was homeless, he didn't deserve a soulmate. Or at least, the other didn't deserve him. Two, he was a shifter, the lowest of the low, and.. and.. what if he hated shifters??? Third, he was so thin and weak.. and just… just completely unattractive. What if the other only brought him here out of pity??
"I finally found you!" he yelled and hugged the person he longed for. "I can't wait to get to know you more I can finally talk to you in person too! This is so exciting! Are you okay? You don't seem too happy about this…do you love someone else! My worst nightmare has come true…" he sulked on the ground. "Please don't tell me that you like someone else…"
Marco blinked in surprise at the other's reaction, dropping to his knees with the other. "I-It's not like that, I promise… It's just… I'm a nobody… and I… I haven't had anyone for so long…" he trailed off sheepishly.
"Hey, you're not a nobody, you're my soulmate. I'm here now so you don't have to worry about everything. If you don't go to school then I could enlist you to school and then I can tutor you. It'll be so much fun. To study with you. Oh, wait is it okay if I kiss you?" He smiled as he tackled Marco.
Marco tensed when the other tackled him, trying to keep the towel where it was to protect his dignity. "I.. N-Not now please…" he mumbled shyly. He didn't know if this would work, if he'd be able to do anything meant or his age level…
