Spinel gave a surprised gasp, seeming as if she was going to pull away, but she didn’t. She had the same reaction, except a bit more obvious: She looked like she was about to poof out of embarrassment.

Amethyst looked spinel up and down, noting her flustering and smirked, growing close to her face.

She backed away a little, eyes wide and confused.

Meanwhile, Steven was watching intently, smiling and covering his mouth so he didn’t squeal.

Amethyst shook her head a bit, backing away as well. "S-sorry…" She said quietly.

She didn’t say anything, too shocked to move or say anything. Spinel didn’t understand what just happened, nor did Steven.

"I-i don't know what I was thinking.." She said, looking away from spinel.

She just nodded and looked away too, though still holding her hand.

Amethyst's grip tightened slightly. "Sorry again." She said, sounding less nervous.

“I-It’s alright…” Spinel sighed, twining her arm around Amethyst’s and looked at her, still blushing.

Amethyst looks back to spinel. "I know you said you needed time…"

“Y-Yeah…” She nodded, “But I have to admit; you’re kinda’ growin’ on me.” She chuckled.

“…I’m glad someone likes me too…” Spinel smiled. “I’m not sure if I’d even allow myself to live if-if nobody loved me…” Her voice started to shake as she brought a hand to her gem.

Amethyst smiles a bit, taking Spinel's other hand in her own, and pressing her lips on spinels.

Spinel just froze, her eyes wider than the frickin’ moon. She didn’t move, she didn’t understand, why is Amethyst so confusing?? Why was she so confused??? Spinel, once again, looked as if she was about to disappear in thin air.

Amethyst, noticing Spinel's reaction, closed her eyes gently and hugged spinel close, not breaking the kiss.

Her entire face was almost as red as her hair, she didn’t know what to do. She couldn’t say anything, and anything she tried to do didn’t happen.

After a minute, She pulled away from Spinel, blushing a bit herself.

Spinel was only capable of whispering out “okay.” very, very quietly.

She hesitated before hugging Amethyst back, practically melting into her arms.

Amethyst smiled gently, petting Spinel's hair. "I love you spinel." She said to her quietly.

Spinel smiled too, making a quiet squeak-like noise as Ames pat her head. She wanted to cry from the happiness, knowing that someone actually cared for her.
