"Same here, it's so different." She said looking around. "They use to only have bears but I mean it's cool." She shrugged slipping her hand in his. She gently pulled him to look at them and stopped dead in her tracks seeing a specific one.
"What one catches your eye?" He asked as he happily hummed
"That one." She said pointing to a blue and white wolf sitting there. She grinned looking at Tempest.
(No joke- I went into build a bear for my brothers b-day and they had a blue wolf that looked just like Tempest.)

He stifled a giggle and picked it up and held it for comparison as he shifted to a bigger version of the stuffed animal "You found my son!" he chuckled
She laughed and picked up an unstuffed one. "I'm totally getting it." She said determined.
"Go ahead…I'll pay for junior…there's a lot of extra things here I never seen too."
"You don't have to- I brought money." She tried to explain so he didn't have to pay.
"hm well alright I don't mind paying…" But he let her pay for it. "I thought it would be a little more crowded here so close to the holidays…"
"Same honestly. But it's a lucky break." She grinned carrying the box with the stuffed toy.
"Yeah! Where next love?" Tempest asked, kissing her cheek softly
"Hmmm, maybe we could go to hot topic?" She suggested.
"What kind of stuff do they sell there?" Tempest asked for he had never been there before
"Nerd and geek stuff. Harry Potter, Marvel, basically stuff like that." She smiled.
"Dang why have I never been there!?" He grins and allows her to lead the way
"Probably because it looks goth and emo so you wouldn't expect it." She smiled coming up to the store.
"Oh you're right…" he said as they approached "but I'll give it a chance."
"We just ignore the people and I'll show you the nerd stuff. What are you into?" She asked pulling him along into the store.
He chuckled as she pulled him in "Well I'm really into things like Star Wars, Harry Potter, Stranger Things ,that kind of stuff." he responded as they two young adults, one an anthro shifter and the other with a stuffed animal rushed into a Hot Topic store.
She nodded pulling him over to look at the Star Wars stuff. "They have to bobble heads, and T-Shirts, and other junk." She smiled looking at him.
Tempest immediately picked up a baby Yoda POP! Funko figure and his eyes brightened "Oh my gosh look at this thing!"
She giggled some and poked his nose. "Cute, and so is the figure."
A little smile broke across his face as he kissed her nose and spotted the Harry Potter section. "Oh look! What House in Hogwarts would I be in you think?" he asked as he took her hand in his free one, going over to the various wizarding nerd culture items
She bit her lip and thought. "Probably a Hufflepuff." She hummed looking at him and his cute face. "I'm a Slytherin, no doubt."
He took a Hufflepuff letter jacket from the rack "Sweet! Looks like if Hogwarts was modern."
Joanna smiled and giggled. "Basically, I mean you'd look really good in that." She noted mostly to herself.
"You're making me blush!" he chuckled but got that as well and started up front to pay for his things
Joanna picked up a Draco Malfoy POP! figure a decided she'd get it. He was after all one of her favorite characters. "Can you add this to yours'? I'll pay you back." She asked setting it on the counter.
"Yeah sure." He said as he payed, the front worker giving him a glance but said nothing more out of the ordinary.
They walked out Hot Topic with a bag and Tempest whistled a tune, his eye catching a mall piano as they walked
"What was that about?" She asked slipping her hand into his.
