Bryn stole a small handful of chips off Sebastian's plate, munching on them happily. He ate more slowly now that he'd had a meal, not quite so scared of what could happen to his food now. "Shush, you love me. Love is worth getting bossed around a little."
"True," Sebastian conceded, grinning a little as he leaned over to kissed Bryn's cheek.
"Definitely worth it."
Bryn smiled and stole another chip. "Good! 'Cause luckily for you, this is a mutual kind of thing. Some day you can boss me around too. Someday soon, if you win that bet we made."
Ah. The bet. The one Sebastian felt like he wouldn't win.
"We'll see, we'll see," he said, finally finishing his sandwich and eating a chip.
Bryn grinned, reaching over to poke him in the ribs gently. "I'm sure we will. I can't wait 'til I win, I'm gonna tackle you and kiss all over your tummy and it's gonna be great."
"Oh god." Sebastian turned red at the thought of Bryn doing that, and of the sounds he would end up making. Bryn would never let him live it down.
"Oh god. I have to win." he cracked a little smile though, chuckling.
"Mmhmm!" Bryn beamed, leaning over to kiss him on the cheek. "I'd like it if you didn't though. You never let me kiss you there, but it's real nice and soft and I really wanna."
"Well, you're just gonna have to wait. Preferably a very, very long time." Sebastian blushed again, moving the tray back over to the table.
Bryn pouted, but he didn't press and soon he was curling up against Sebastian with a soft smile. "ALright then, what're you gonna do if you win?"
Sebastian wrapped one arm around Bryn, thinking.
"We'll go out. Not to somewhere with a lot of people, just… somewhere other than the house."
Bryn hummed, interested. "Like a date? You know we'll have to be… separated, right? Demons aren't allowed in public places if they're not leashed."
"Like a date, yeah. And I have a place in mind, don't worry." Sebastian thought of this mystery place for a moment, smiling a bit.
"Hardly anyone goes to it, and it'll just be me and you."
Bryn smiled at that, yanking Sebastian in for an excited kiss. There was too much energy for it to be anything but shallow and messy, but Bryn was beaming when he pulled away. "We could have a picnic!"
Sebastian kissed back as well as he could, smiling when Bryn pulled away.
"That's what I figured. It'd be nice." He looked over at Bryn coyly.
"But only if I win."
Bryn whined. "But Sebastian, that sounds so nice. You can't just tease me like that, now I'm conflicted."
"Mhm, thought so." Sebastian lust kept grinning his stupid grin. He pecked Bryn's cheek.
"Still, I really do want to go on a date some time."
"Then after our bet, whoever wins will win and we'll work things out." Bryn pecked him on the cheek with a pleased little smile. "Sound good?"
"Sounds fine with me." Sebastian had been hoping for a little hint, but he knew Bryn wasn't gonna cave that easily.
"I look forward to our date."
"If you win, you mean." Bryn pushed his head into the crook of Sebastian's neck, carefully making sure his antlers didn't get caught in the blankets.
"Mmmhmm," Sebastian said, resting his head against Bryn lightly. His arm went around his boyfriend, and he gently trailed his fingers up and down Bryn's spine.
Bryn arched his back into the touch with a quiet sound, goosebumps rising under Sebastian's fingers. He pressed closer to his human, still making soft happy noises.
Sebastian smiled, turning his head to kiss the closest part of Bryn he could reach.
"Love you," he said, his other hand coming over to tangle itself in Bryn's hair.
Bryn tilted his head down for a kiss on the lips, smiling softly. "Love you too," he murmured, pulling away so he could press their foreheads together. "Could you keep petting my back? It feels really good."
"Sure," Sebastian said, smiling. His fingers started going up and down Bryn's back again, Sebastian relaxing himself into the bed.
"Thank you." Bryn pressed his lips to Sebastian's cheek in thanks, relaxing with a happy sigh as his human started petting him. "You're the best."
Sebastian, as was usual when Bryn complimented him, was torn as to how to respond. He didn't think he deserved the compliment, but his ego inflated a bit, saying that yeah, he was the best, wasn't he?
"Thanks," he finally settled on, kissing Bryn in reply. "And you're welcome."
Bryn kissed him back with a happy sound, wrapping his arms around Sebastian's neck. "Of course." He grinned, leaning in for a soft peck. "I'm gonna fucking drown you in compliments too, by the way. When I win the bet."
"If. If you win." Sebastian chuckled a bit, giving a lopsided grin.
"And I figured."
Bryn rolled his eyes, leaning over to kiss Sebastian on the cheek. "Good! You need to be complimented, you tear yourself down too much."
"Nu-uh," Sebastian said in reply, "I just state facts about myself." He chuckled.
