Nik peeked up at him. "Eclipse? What's going to happen after this?" He asked softly.

Eclipse hummed, "I was thinking you could come back to Tesh with me until you're ready to rule on your own." he said softly, "Unless of course you had other plans.."

Nik shook his head a little. "I'd love to come with you. But…during the war, I…my reputation…are you sure your court will be okay with that? With me?"

"I dont care if they are or aren't. You're my soulmate. And I'm not about to let the love of my life deal with everything he's been through on his own." He said firmly. "And I'll abdicate before I let them get between us."

Nik nodded a little. "Alright." He closed his eyes and stayed close to Eclipse. "I love you." He said softly.

Eclipse smiled and nodded, hugging him tightly.

Nik winced at the tight hug. "Not so tight, please." He said softly.

Eclipse immediately let go, "Sorry love…" he said softly, seeming like a sad puppy.

"It's okay." he replied quietly, running a hand through Eclipse's hair. "It just…hurts when you do that too tightly."

Eclipse nodded, "Still…should've been more careful…"he said softly.

"It's okay." Nik replied softly, kissing Eclipse's cheek gently. "Really."

Eclipse shook his head, "It isn't though… you shouldn't have to face pain from me…"

"It's not your fault." Nik replied. "You weren't trying to hurt me. And if you ever do, I'll beat your ass." he gave a weak chuckle. He was in no shape to beat anyone's ass, right now.

Eclipse sighed, carefully wrapping his arms around the other. "I'd rather die than hurt you."

Nik snuggled close to him. "Oh. Well, good." He replied with a soft smile.

Eclipse nodded, hugging him tighter.

Nik held tightly to him, closing his eyes and pressing a kiss to Eclipse's cheek.

Eclipse smiled, pressing another kiss to Nik's forehead.

(it's fine!)

Nik snuggled closer to him, eyes closed. "I love you." He said again, for probably the fifth time.

"Always my love" he said in return, cuddling him.

Nik smiled, and clung to him.

(So, what should our next plot point be? Also I won't be on much today, (Sorry for the irregularity this is unfortunately a thing that will continue until January)
Eclipse smiled, holding him close in return, not wanting this peaceful moment to end.

(Uhhm…idk lol. It's fine, don't worry about it!)

Nik let out a breath, eyes staying shut as he stayed snuggled with Eclipse.

Eclipse hummed softly, hugging him tighter than before.
(Lovely…idk either.)

Nik held onto him, starting to fall asleep again, even though he wasn't trying to.

(uhhmm…maybe just Nik healing up and stuff??)

Eclipse smiled, watching him quietly.
(Okay…)

Nik glanced up at him again, blinking tiredly. "I love you." he said, yet again.

(I mean…I could probably brainstorm and figure one out?? Maybe Seren and his men come back again??)

(Weren't we gonna have them go to Tesh?)
"Love you too" said Eclipse softly, "Now sleep love, I know you're tired."

(Yeah, but like…Seren could follow them? idk)

Nik nodded, his eyes drifting shut again.

Eclipse smiled, petting his lover's hair.
