Bill nods and gives Anna the last hat. He puts his hat on again and starts floating a bit in the air. “Ah, it’s great to have it back.”

Mercury puts her own hat on that she was given. "What's so important about that hat anyway?"

He materialized three more and gave one to Mabel and then the other to spinel. He walked to Mercury. “Can I have my hat back? I’ll give you this very identical one.”

Mabel Squealed. “Thanks, Bill!”

Bill sighed. “It’s the only thing I have left from my home universe. . .”

"Aw, how sad." She pouted mockingly.

Bill shrugged. “Eh, don’t really care about my home universe since it no longer exists. Some lunatic destroyed it.”

"It was you, wasn't it?" She raised an eyebrow in suspicion

“Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, of course not. . “

Dipper raised an eyebrow. “Seriously? You’re denying that you destroyed your home universe?”

“I don’t know what you're talking about, Pine Tree.” He said defensively.

“I can literally hear the lie in your voice. You said a lunatic destroyed it, and, well, you happen to be a lunatic.”

"Okay, I believe you~" Spinel said sarcastically, shrugging.

“Oh, shut it, Pine Tree!” He frowned and crossed his arms.

Dipper laughed and smiled. “How old are you?”

Bill started counting on his fingers and then stopped. “Hm, five thousand? I dunno, I lost count after a thousand.”

“Wow, those are a l-“ Dipper was interrupted by Mabel who blurted out the first thing that came into her mind. “Do you have children‽”

"That's it?"

“I said I don’t know how old I am. . I’m just older than time itself.” He paused. “And no i don’t have children.”

"Highly unlikely, lemon man."

Bill tilted his head in confusion. “What’s highly unlikely?”

"Nothing~" She smiled innocently.

Bill frowned and narrowed his eyes. “Just go ahead and say it, I won’t care either way.”

"Home universe? What, is it cloud coocoo land?" Mercury asks sarcastically.

"Awe, you insecure?" She said in that teasing voice once again, "Scared of what I might say about you?"

“Cloud coo what now?” Bill sighed and shook his head. “Why would I care what people think or say about me?”

"Because you like to think you're indestructible, but you're really not."

"Ya' think my bio-poison would work on him? Or maybe my rejuvenator, I'd like to use that on someone."

"No don't kill people please." Anna begged, hugging onto the gem

Spinel let out a small squeak as Anna hugged her, her face showing conflicting emotions. “I never said I was gonna’ kill him, just maybe reset his entire hard drive.”

"That's not very nice Spinel." Anna pouted a little but let her go when it seemed she wasn't comfortable with the hug
