"Such a big dreamer. Now I know why I fell in love with you," Raven kissed her cheek before driving to the place.

She smiled and put her hand in his lap. "You're so tall it needs to be at least 7 foot." She chuckled laying her head on his shoulder.

"I'm not that tall. I'm only like 6'5," he shrugged. "You're just really short…"

"I'm 5'8"!" She said offended. "I am not short." She pouted.

"Fine. You're shorted than most people," he teased parking in an empty spot before getting out.

She pouted. "That isn't true…" She trailed off and pulled away from him and got out.

Raven wrapped his hands around her waist and kissed her neck. "Besides, I love you exactly the way you are".

She sighed softly and gently pulled away from him. "I love you too." She said in a subtly hurt tone.

Raven frowned when Ira pulled away from him. "I'm sorry. I was only teasing. Did I make you mad?" he asked.

"Not mad…just kinda bothered me. That's all." She said softly.

"Kind of? Darling, you know you can be honest with me, right? Look at me and tell me what your feeling. You were so excited before and now you seem dull. How much did it bother you? Tell me," Raven stood in from of Ira, stopping her in her tracks.

She looked at him tears glossed over her eyes. "I'm fine." She said quietly not wanting to put a damper on the evening ahead. "Like I said, it just bothered me a little. I'm sorry if what I said hurt your feelings. I love you." She said in a worn down tone.

Raven shook his head. "I'm the one who hurt you. You didn't do anything. You're on the brake of crying I can see it. I love you so much. So, tell me why you feel like crying."

"I- I think we should talk about it later. When we get home. Not now." Ira replied looking down and no longer at him.

"Then we'll go home, come on," he pulled her to the car.

"No- Rave, please. We get the tree and head home." She replied pulling him back.

(Guess what?)
"Fine, but we are talking about this when we get home," Raven bit his lip worried. He's seen his fair share of her being sad, but not this sad. He was scared almost. His hands were starting shake as he got pulled by Ira.

(What!?)

"Babe- are you OK?" She asked petting his hand softly. She kissed his cheek gently before looking into his eyes.

(We passed page 69…)
"Yeah, I just really want to talk to you about this…" he has a worried look in his eyes.

(OOF XDD)

"I'm fine Raven, please, don't let it bother you. We need to get this tree and then we can go home." She said softly kissing his lips.

"Okay…" he whispered. I will let it bother me.He let Ira pick out the tree know she has keen eye for it.

She found a nice one and smiled. "What about this one?" She asked looking at Raven.

"I think it's perfect. We're going to have to trip the top a little bit, but other than that it's perfect.

"Alright- well they need to cut the bottom a bit too… let's go grab someone." She said taking his hand and pulling him.

"Sounds like a plan," Raven gave a light smile as he linked his arm with Ira's.

She rested her head on his shoulder and smiled. "You alright?"

He nodded softly. "Yeah, I'm fine," Raven smiled.

Ira wasn't sure she believed him, but she let it slide. "Hello, can I help you two today?"

"We'd like to by the tree, but can you trip the top of the tree and a little bit of the bottom too please. Then can you have it delivered at our house?" Raven negotiated with the lady.

She smiled and nodded. "Of course! We can have them bring it tomorrow morning ignore you'd like." She offered.
