Oki dokie. so, I have something to vent about.
My dad is a freaking jerk who treats me like I'm ten even though I'm fricking not. He just loves rules. Like srsly, he can't get enough of them. And my mom is trying to help this, but she is stressed and doesn't know how to deal with it so she yells quite a bit without knowing. I figured I'd vent this here since I can't talk to anyone else about this.

That really sucks, I'm sorry that I don't know what to say, and I don't have any advice to offer, but I hope your family life gets better soon.
On a side note, I do need to briefly vent about another thing –
So I have a concert next Sunday with a youth symphony but the thing is I don't have a ride there, and my dad can't just drop me off either, I have to leave with a parent and he has had negative experiences with this organization so he doesn't want to do it but also if i miss it, i might get kicked out bc this youth symphony has pretty high expectations and overall is pretty strict.
Hey Neko, have you talked to your mum about this stuff? Maybe you guys could work out a strategy to help you, and maybe you could bring up your concern abt her yelling

I also have numerous burn scars, but one of the most frequently asked is (a very faint one, now) of a scar on my right arm that is from when I was coming down to grab a pan from the oven, and I must’ve gone in wrong cus I burnt myself horizontally on the oven rack thingy and that was at least two years ago and u can still see it lmao.
