"Nah, it was about time they did something together." She takes another sip "I swear, if they end up together I'm wearing a dress and heels…"

"Yeah…" Closer, closer, break the glass a shadow appeared on the window

His wings were pulling him away full force towards the door. "Stop it!" He said annoyed pushing against the pull.

"Fuck!" Wren noticed the shadow on the window

''What!?" He asked clearly annoyed and panicked.

Tendrils breaking the glass, mist flooding the room

Wren looks below the couch and gets out a gun, "Now this is the danger I told you about!"

He finally took control over his wings and fell forward. "Oh heaven above!" He shouted noticing the shadows. "Uh- so that's new."

A mouth full of teeth, no eyes, a black mass on the floor, Wren shots the thing, it does nothing
