“Oh, well, I’m fine with whatever. It’s not exactly night yet, or dusk for that matter, so I think it’d be ok if we don’t find something right away.” Sofie paused, “You know, I’ve slept in a lot of places where I probably shouldn’t have slept. Mostly wasn’t my fault though; can’t blame someone for being hit in the head or falling from the sky.”
Riverpaw looked up at Sofie in surprise and worry. "B-being hit in the… Goodness."
“Oh yeah.. that’s happened a couple of times..” Sofie grimaced at the memories.
"I…want to ask but I feel like I won't like the explanation." She squinted for a moment but then she shook her head. "A-anyways, maybe it'd be good to find someplace sooner rather than later, j-just so we don't have to worry about it when night comes. R-right?"
“Yeah…. actually, hitting my head wasn’t the only reason I’ve passed out. I’ve also been choked and lost too much blood. But that’s a story for another time… You’re right Riverpaw, better now than never.” Sofie smiled and rose to her paws.
'Well, maybe I should go looking on my own, so none of you get led into trouble?' Moxie asked.
'No, dear, I'll have to go with you, I can't let you go on your own' Duchess exclaimed, 'and besides, these dear animals could defend themselves, they are all clearly magical.' But then her stomach started growling, causing her to clutch it. 'Oh, I wish we could do magic without our owners, they just make my food for me.'
'Oh, right… have you guys seen any birds or rats any prey here?'
Riverpaw was going to shake her head but, instead, she glanced up at Sofie. "M-Miss Sofie found a stream earlier. Weren't there fish in there?" She asked.
“Uh…. yeah. It’s straight ahead from where I am facing right now. You don’t have to call me miss, Riverpaw.” Sofie smiled, her eyes scrunching up happily. Suddenly, Sofie’s head started to pulse painfully. She closed her eyes tightly and curled into a ball as sparks flashed across her vision.
Riverpaw gasped and took a step back, startled, but then she went forward and sat next to the big wolf. "O-oh my Stars, are you okay?" Her paws hovered over Sofie's head, unsure of what to do.
“U-ugh… Yeah, I’m ok.” Sofie uncurled herself and looked at her paws nervously. Another headache… and other flashback that wasn’t hers. Sofie shook her head and stood up, “It was nothing, I’m ok.”
Moxie and Duchess flinched a bit, and were about to ask about the wolf's health, but it all disappeared in about a second. They looked at her with worry, but found no reason to talk of it anymore.
'All right, so you're saying that we should go this way?' she asked as she pointed towards Sofie's direction with her nose, 'Should me and Duchess go, or do you want to catch fish on your own?'
“Oh, you two can go. I’ll help the others look for a den. Met back here in 20?” Sofie replied, the smile on her face quickly returning.

'20? What does she mean…?'
'Oh, time, my dear, what clocks are for. I don't fully understand it, but I can estimate. So we're going to fish now, and you guys find a place to sleep, correct?'
'Oh did I tell you? Moxie is really good at hunting, though I don't fully understand it.'
“Oh, yeah that’s correct. You… don’t know how to hunt?” Sofie asked in confusion. Even birds knew how to hunt. Sofie shook her head and thought about Duchess’s situation. Pampered pet, explains a lot. Sofie laughed to herself inwardly.
"Yeah. I-I wanna stay with Sofie," Riverpaw muttered, scooting closer to said wolf. For a second, she thought of actually going with the cats to try and hunt too, which she could do fairly well, just to let out some of the stress of the situation.
Sofie smiled down at Riverpaw and motioned for her to follow, “Okay, lets go!”
Sofie stopped and turned around, “Is anyone else coming with us, or are we splitting up?”

KH Three if I am going to be specific but the whole series is an emotional rollercoaster)
(It’s a good game series lol mostly the story, some parts of the game are a little wonky but that doesn’t change its awesomeness)

'Sweet, we'll go fish now, meet you at 20, and we'll all be right with food and such.'
'Oh, you have a funny look about you. Is there something on my muzzle?' Duchess licked her mouth to try and clean herself while Moxie looked up at the wolf in confusion; why was she looking down on her friend like that? She decided to leave now, and headed straight for the stream. It was easier to head there with directions, but already Moxie could smell the fresh water flowing through the forest from miles away.
'OH, wait dear, let me catch up!' Duchess ran after her, and immediately started to run out of breath.
'Oh dear… perhaps some fishing will get you some exercise.' Duchess looked in disappointment.
'Oh no, not exercise, not fishing. Why can't I just play in the water and sleep in a nice warm cave full of guinea pigs to trip over instead?' Moxie gave Duchess a comforting lick, and soon both came to the stream, with a surprisingly large amount of fresh, fat fish. 'Ah, Moxie, look! Fine finned fellows for us to swallow down! Oh, if only we had a fire and some oils and herbs. Herbs are just greens, surely I could just forage for those instead? All I do is bite off the leaves and presto, flavour, my darling!' Moxie just smiled as she started snatching her batch. Duchess looked on, then hesitantly decided to do the same, rather decently for she had lessons from Moxie before.
Sofie watched the cats leave and twitched an ear, “Ok, well let’s go. Maybe we should split up. I’ll have Riverpaw come with me, Haze and DK (if you find time to join hopefully) can go together, while I’m assuming Lia would like to go alone? Or would you prefer to join us?”
