She smiled and fell into his arms. "I have to go out, but I'll for sure cuddle you while you have your 7 and 9 o'clock meetings." She hummed.

“Hmmm okay,” he mumbled into her shoulder. Raven held Ira right in his arms. “Do you have to leave now?”

"Not yet." She cooed snuggling closer to him. "But when the people get here I have to go and actually get some decent clothes on."

“Okay…” he sighed in sadness, holding her for as long as he could before the bell rang. “They’re here?” He groaned letting go of Ira. He guided the same people from yesterday where to put the stuff. He sighed and waited for the to get his office to get her. He walked to the kitchen and sat on the counter.

Ira scurried up stairs and change quickly. She brushed her hair and did simple makeup before walking back downstairs looking for Raven. "Babe?" She called walking into the kitchen.

“I’m here…” he sighed. “You’re not going to go kill right?”

She walked towards him and shook her head. "Unless you mean kill it then no. I was gonna go to the store and get some food." She smiled and kissed him gently.

“How long with you be gone?” Raven bit his lip not wanting Ira to go.

"Honey- I won't be gone for long. What's wrong? You just want me to stay?" She asked petting him.

Raven nodded silently. “I’m acting like a baby…I’m sorry…” he sniffled.

"Love, you aren't acting like a baby. I do this to you every morning. Don't scold yourself." She said kissing him softly.

“Okay…” he said softly. “I love you,” Raven got down from the counter and hid his face in Ira’s neck.

She rubbed his back softly. "I love you too, you can trust me can't you?" She asked not needing an answer.

He nodded, “Yeah, be careful…alright?” He smiled lifting his head up.

She nodded. "Of course babe. I'll double check my back." She smiled and kissed him.

“Alright you should go so you can come back sooner,” Raven walked Ira to the door. “Bye,” he pecked her on the lips.

"I love you- if I'm not back before your meeting have a good one." She chirped kissing him one more time before heading towards the car.

“Okay…” he said softly closing the door and locking it. He took a deep breath in and out before sliding down the door. She’ll be okay…yeah…she’ll be just fine.

Ira started the car and gripped the wheel. "OK Ira, you're going to do as you promised." She said to herself pulling out of the driveway and and headed to the nearest store.

Is was almost three and time for his first meeting and Ira wasn’t back yet. The people left when they finished with the office. He sat on the desk and looked at his to make sure he would miss anything.

Ira gripped the steering while in frustration. She banged her head on the top of the wheel hitting the horn. "Stupid. Stupid. Traffic!" She growled throwing her head back on the head rest. She picked up her phone to call Raven.

He got a call from Ira and a smile spread across his face. “Hey babe,” he almost yelled. “Sorry got a little excited. Are you almost here?”

(AHG i gtg but I'll do my best to check up through the day!)
Ira jumped when he responded. "Hey- I'll be home in twenty minutes hopefully. Traffic isn't awful."

“Oh…” the smiled drain from his face. “That-That’s fine. I have to go though because I have my first meeting in a couple minutes. So yeah. I’ll call you when I’m done…drive safe….”

"Babe I'm really trying- I think there was an accident ahead. I'm doing my best to get there." She sighed

“No, no, it’s alright really just don’t crash alright? I worry when you’re in a hurry to get places,” he chuckled.

She smiled and chuckled. "I'll do My best- I love you." She hummed into the line.

“Love you, bye,” he hung up the the phone with a sigh. As soon as he hung up the phone he got a call from work. The meeting started and his foot tapping like crazy.

After about twenty minutes Ira pulled in the driveway. She grabbed the groceries and headed inside.

He didn’t notice because the office was sound proof inside and outside. He sat back in his chair while his eye twitched.
