"FELIX! You'll never believe what happened!" Caspian entered Felix's room, taking his hand and leading him towards the palace balcony, overlooking the kingdom.
"What?" Felix stretched and yawned, rubbing at his glacier blue eyes.

"The coronation is in two weeks!" Caspian clasped his hands together, a dreamy look on his face. "I'll be king in two weeks." he patted Felix on the back, "My first order as king will be to make you my personal guard."
Felix gave a weak yay and leaned against the railing.

Riann clutched the letter in her hand, pulling her vest closer to her body as the winds picked up. She furrowed her brow in concern as she saw dark clouds rise on the horizon line.

Breeze watched as the clouds began to grew, Sandstorm.

The clouds were getting bigger. Felix pushed Caspian into the palace, but the damn stupid boy closed the doors.
"LET ME IN!!" Felix shouted, pale blond hair whipping around his face as the winds grew and the sand began swirling.
Caspian made frantic motions with his hands and turned and ran away.
"YOU LITTLE PIECE OF CRAP!!" Felix yelled at the glass doors, banging them and kicking them.

"Quick. The bunkers." Riann said, speaking up over the sound of the winds. She spun on her heels and jogged down the streets as the clouds approached. Merchants, adults and children rushed around, trying to get home quickly. The clouds seemed like they were at least 100 feet away so far. Sandstorms can moved at the speed of 85 kilometers per hour. Riann thought, old book passages flooding her mind.

Breeze waited to make sure everyone was in the shelter before she herself would go.

Cade sprinted after Riann, pulling Silene along with him. "We're not losing anyone." He stated, making his way to the bunkers quickly.

As they made it to the bunkers, the dust was already on them. Riann paused to pick up a little girl who could barely keep up with her siblings. She ran after Cade and Silene, slipping into the room.

Felix banged at the door desperately, taking off his jacket and wrapping it around his face so the dust wouldn't get into his eyes, mouth, nose, and ears. He gave up trying to get in and huddled in a small ball on the ground, pulling his jacket tighter around himself. Until the balcony began to creak. And slide. And shake. And fall.

Cade began coughing as the dust caught up to them. "S***…." He managed to get out as he ran into the bunker.

Breeze made it into the bunker safely. She took deep breaths as she slowly slid down to the ground.

Riann slowed down as she slipped into the bunker, the dimly lit stone area cold and stuffy. The girl in her arms started to cry, probably scared by the storm.
"Shh. It's okay, it's okay." Riann said softly. She couldn't remember a time that she had talked so softly to a stranger. She began to sing an old Sonoran song quietly. It seemed to be working, since the girl began to calm down.

Felix grasped onto the balcony, arms flailing wildly as the balcony fell thirty stories down to the ground. He made a few short prayers and braced for impact as the wind whipped around him and the sand found its way into seemingly every crevice in his body.

Cade looked over at Riann questionably. He pointed to the little girl. "Why did you bring her here? She may tell people about Rivincita!"

"Talking about it won't help the matter, Cade. I'm not going to let innocent children die." Riann said briskly, looking around the room. "There's multiple rooms to this bunker, anyways. Her family is in one of them."

Cade rolled his eyes, but didn't push the matter further. "Fine…" He coughed again, getting some of the dust out of his lungs.

Breeze leaned her head back against the wall. Her breathing was heavy. At least everyone made it.

She put the girl down, kneeling down next to her. After a few sentences, Riann figured out that she the spoke Italian. "Vai a trovare la tua famiglia, ok?" The little girl nodded and ran off through the corridors.

Alyssa sighed as she slumped against the wall. She stayed silent as these weren't her people and she really had no reason to talk to them.
