Hatta shook his head a little. His eyes widened when she began to cry. "Okay. Okay. Let's uhm…let's head back, okay?" he suggested.
Hatta shook his head a little. His eyes widened when she began to cry. "Okay. Okay. Let's uhm…let's head back, okay?" he suggested.
"I, are you sure?" Aliana used her free hand to wipe at her eyes, "I can. I can try to ignore it. But, Thank you."
Hatta shook his head. "No, we should head back." he replied.
(I gtg to bed now. Good night!)
Aliana nodded glancing down the looming pathway before looking back at Hatta, "Okay. Thank you."
Hatta nodded, and started walking back in the direction they had come. "You're welcome."
Aliana followed after him getting a bit calmer with each passing step. She wanted to keep repeating herself by thanking him over and over again, but kept herself quiet.
Hatta kept leading her away. "Come on." He said softly. "It'll be fine."
"I," Aliana glanced back for a moment but kept going and saw the cross road ahead, "Okay."
Hatta led her back to the crossroad. "Now which way?" He asked, raising his eyebrows at her.
"You choose," Aliana responded not wanting to make a bad choice again.
Hatta nodded, and chose the next path. Not the one they had just been on.
Aliana followes after him all the wind gone from her sails leaving her silent and worried. She was worried this would be a bad choice too.
Hatta frowned a little as they walked, hoping that whatever Aliana had felt, it wouldn't pursue them.
Aliana felt the presence mainly gone, but there still was a slight chill in the air. She took a breath and looked to Hatta, "Thank you."
Hatta nodded. "Yeah. You're welcome." he replied with a soft smile.
Aliana gave him a smile in return as they walked feeling the chill disipate completely. She glanced back to make sure nothing was there before looking back forward, "I don't think it followed us."
Hatta nodded a little. "Alright. Good." he replied, and kept walking.
Aliana continued walking with him. She started to hum softly to calm her nerves.
Hatta whistled along with her, eyes studying her for a moment.
Hatta whistled along with her, eyes studying her for a moment.
Aliana glanced at Hatta and stopped her humming to quietly ask, "Is something wrong?"
Hatta shook his head. "No, I'm just…wondering what you felt. Down that pathway." he said.
"It's," Aliana paused and shuddered as she remembered what she felt, "It started with just a shiver down my spine. And then it was two. It was like something wanted me to be afraid and so it made me be afraid. I, I hated it."
Hatta nodded a little. "I don't know what that could be." he replied softly. "I've never experienced that before."
"Yeah," Aliana trailed off. She looked at the ground, "Can we not talk about it anymore?"
Hatta nodded. "Yeah, sure." he replied softly.
(gtg to bed now. Good night!)
"Thank you," Aliana whispered as they walked.
(Night!)
Hatta nodded again. "You're welcome." he replied, glancing behind them for a moment.
Aliana kept going trying to forget about the chill. It wouldn't stop poking at her mind and she hated it. She couldn't do anything about it, and she knew the monster wasn't following them.
