“Hi, my name is Raven,” he smiled as he took Ira’s hand in her squeezing it slightly, telling her to stay calm. “Right this way. There are two staircases leading up to the second floor. The glass spiral one that is right in front of you and a glass one in the kitchen.” The lady walked up the first one she mentioned and Raven followed.
She followed behind Raven lacing her fingers with his. She looked around and took in the whole thing- if this was it- it was gonna be theirs. She let a smile rest on her lips and sped up a bit so she was standing next to Raven. "It's nice." She whispered to him.
“I know this place could be ours,” he whispered back.
“Once you get to the second floor you have a big open space where children can play. The best thing it once you get past here there is a balcony where you can enjoy the air and look down at the pool. Next over here we have the master bedroom. A walk in closet for both of you one each side. The bathroom is to the right of you with two sinks and a shower. There are two hallways and on each side they have a bedroom and a bathroom.
Ira smiled squeezing his hand listening to the lady. She started playing their life together in her head, and now she excited herself. She nodded to an imaginary beat to show she was at least half paying attention.
Raven looked over and smiled. “When you first walk in the door on the first floor You have a dinning room to your right and then the kitchen. On your left you have a sound proof office in the far back and a TV room. So the kids can play and you sir, can get work done. The staircase to the basement is next to the the mud room and mini office. The door to the garage is also there if you ever want to come through the garage. The kitchen has marble counter top to go with the tiled floors. The pool as I mentioned earlier is the backyard along with a deck that you can have parties with and other stuff. The basement is the same as any other. You have a tv and a washing machine down there. There is also a bar. The guest room is on the second floor next to the balcony. I believe that is the whole house,” she smiled.
“So what do you think?” He turned to Ira.
She smiled happily. "It's really, really nice." She was clearly excited. "Do we wanna sit down and talk for just a minute first though?" She asked quietly. "Я имею в виду, мы должны думать об этом, мы планируем жить здесь навсегда."

Счета даже не так высоки.” he took a breath. “That was a lot.”
She laughed and gave his hand a squeeze. "Если честно, это именно то, что нам нужно. Вы правы. Так мы готовы?" She replied giving his hand a squeeze. "Are we?"
“Yeah, we are,” he smiled softly placing his lips on Ira’s. “не могу дождаться, когда твои губы заживут и твои месячные прошли…” He smirked getting up to go and buy the house.
“You want to buy it right now?” The lady asked with a raised eyebrow. Raven chuckled then nodded. The lady blushed. “Right away.”

She rolled her eyes rubbing his shoulder gently. "It truly is." she slipped her arm around his waist and followed him.

“Here are the papers. Once you sign all of these I will take your credit card or cash and it will have been paid for and you can start moving in once we move everything out. I will send you an email saying the house is ready.
She smirked and whispered to him. "О, успокойся, детка. Может быть, я заставлю тебя ждать до нашей свадьбы." Then she looked up at the lady. "Thank you ma'am, we'll get started."
“Please don’t make me wait,” he wined. “You know how impatient I can be…” he started to read the papers making sure nothing screechy was going on. He signed all the papers and then gave it to Ira for her to sign.
She sighed and glanced at him before she started to read. "We'll see. You at least have to wait until I'm back at 100%." She said signing the first few papers. "Then we'll talk." She slid the papers forward and set the pen aside.
“Fine…” he took out his credit card and gave it to the lady. The lady took the right amount then gave it back to Raven. “It’s all paid for once we get everything out of here you’ll be able to move in. Thank you for buying this house.” Raven nodded. “Let’s go,” he smiled standing up and making sure he had everything.
She stood too and wrapped her arms around him. "I can't believe it babe! We have a house!" She grinned excited.
“How are you more excited than me?” He chuckled pecking her cheek.
"It means we have worked hard, and you especially, and I love thinking that we get to have a family together." She said lacing her fingers with his.
He chuckled, “I do too,” he kissed her lips before taking her outside to the car.
She smile and slid into her seat. "So are we just heading home? Or do we have to go to the store?"
“We should go to the store to get furniture and all that, then we go home and start packing. The house should be done around that time.
She nodded and buckled. "Well which first? Store or packing?"
“I say….packing first then store because after we pack it should be done by then and we know what to get. When we do go to the store,” he turned the car on driving to their apartment.
She nodded. "I agree, could we stop for lunch first though? We didn't eat before we left."
Raven nodded driving to a place that had healthy food. “I’m going to order from somewhere else. So you go ahead.”
She smiled. "You're so sweet babe." She said pecking his cheek and running inside.
He sat back in the driver’s seat and waited. How long is the line? he texted to Ira.
She quickly ordered and checked the text he had sent. 'Already ordered, give me just a minute to get my food.'
Kk he texted back closing his eyes with a yawn.
She clicked her phone off and picked up the bag labeled 'Ira' and strutted out the door. She definetly caught glances, but she ignored them and came to the car. She knocked on the window to get Raven's attention.
