Hatta looked over at her. "Why, what did you say?" he asked, raising his eyebrows.
Hatta looked over at her. "Why, what did you say?" he asked, raising his eyebrows.
"Nothing," Aliana quickly responded. If he didn't remember her question, then she wouldn't bring it up.
Hatta shrugged slightly. "Oh. Alright." he replied with a smile.
"Yep," Aliana reaffirmed and her lips popped. She glanced up at the sun, "Does the weather change in the maze?"
Hatta looked up at the sun as well. "I don't know." he replied softly.
"Guess we'll find out," Aliana looked back to where they had reached the fork, "Left, right or forward?"
(gtg to bed soon. Good night!)
Hatta smiled lightly. "Forward." he replied.
Aliana grinned, “Forward it is!”
(Night!)
He went through the passage in front of them, leading her along. Their hands were still linked, though he didn't comment on it.
Aliana continued to let him lead her along a grin on her face. She was happy with everything.
Hatta began to whistle again, quietly. He kept his eyes on the maze ahead.
Aliana listened to him whistle content in the moment.
His whistling continued as they walked.
Aliana wished this moment could last forever, but that was never going to happen. No matter how hard she wished.
Hatta cleared his throat softly as they came to another fork. "You choose this time." He said
"Oh," Aliana looked at the path ways not expecting to be presented with this choice. She started heading down the left path, "This way."
Hatta nodded, and followed her. "Alright." he replied with a quick smile.
Aliana gave him a little smile at him reaffirming her decision. She just hopped it was a good one.
Hatta smiled back, and kept walking. He began to whistle again.
Aliana smiled and listened to the whistling of Hatta.
Hatta continued to whistle.
Aliana felt a shiver run down her spine and it wasn't the good kind. She, she probably picked the wrong path.
Hatta looked around, whistling going quieter. He frowned slightly.
Aliana moved closer to Hatta her grip tightening slightly. She looked up at him and asked softly, "Maybe we should go down a different path?"
Hatta frowned a little. "I…don't know." he replied slowly. "I really don't."
"Then I guess we'll keep going," Aliana whispered mainly to herself. She felt another shudder run down her spine and visibly reacted. Whatever was down here wasn't good. Really not good.
Hatta looked at her worriedly. "Are you alright?" he asked, raising his eyebrows and stopping his whistling.
"I, I'm fine," Aliana faked though everything else about her said otherwise. Her entire posture was hunched over defensive and slightly shaky, "This path just gives me the chills, that's all."
Hatta stopped, looking at her. "Then why are you so defensive and shaky?" he asked slowly.
Aliana stopped walking and looked at Hattsa. She glanced down at the ground before softly admitting, "This place gives me a bad vibe. And, and I, I don't know."
She felt tears start to roll down. She was terrified of whatever was down the path and it was forcing it's presence upon her making Aliana more scared.
