Try to live and you’ll just die again

the pains of living forever in place here

there's no escape, just a cold, eternal sufferance.

the hope…What hope…there is none left

Hit me, I'll say I fell again.

and i watched as the darkness came again.

My eyes adjusted. In the darkness, I'll stay.

the shadows were my only friends now

And yet, they didn't make it, did they?

Her cries fell silent upon their unlistening ears.

"Don't worry. You'll be safe in the darkness."

many shadows came up to me and said,
"I'll protect you from the horrid, burning light"

the light had been closer than ever

The angels have came. he also came too

The memories flooded back as he fell again

Out of the darkness, out of the shadows,
“Come with me, and start a new life”

Though he knew there was no life left

Out of the shadows grasp, now with him.
They returned to the light from high above
But they saw, the world’s left for ruin

fires raged, wars fought, pain and suffering reigned

satan at his throne, bringing hell on earth

They stood side by side for the last time.

wondering where they had gone wrong this time

could this ever be reversed in time now

Time has no meaning in all out war

The gods have left. No hope. No survival.

We are abandoned, lost, cold, scared and hurt.

What has caused this horror to happen here?

All that’s left here is chaos and ruin

the pain of breathing was unbearable for now
