Okay, when I say hierarchy I mean how long they’ve been at the hospital?m, how trusted etc. And when the rp starts they don’t know they’re going to be killed yet, but in essence yes

Same thing, escort for instead f the ‘reason for being at the hospital’ It’s ‘specialty’ as in rehab/brain scanning/researcher/etc.
