Eclipse whined softly, sitting up in an attempt to pull him close again, "Saayan…"
Eclipse whined softly, sitting up in an attempt to pull him close again, "Saayan…"
"I can protect you, but I don't want to have to prove that to you, I want you to believe and trust me. I can do it too!" he clenched the sheets under his hands.
Eclips sighed, "I do believe you… I just don't want you getting hurt because you're trying to protect me…"
"I won't get hurt and that's why you need to trust me!" he turned around looking Eclipse in the eyes.
Eclipse shook his head, "You don't know what they can do…" he said softly.
"You don't know what I can do!" he yelled. "I have to go," he mumbled getting off the bed.
Eclipse watched him go sadly, "And I don't want to be the one you end up having to fight to try and save me from this mess…" he mumbld.
Saayan didn't hear him and walked out of the door closing the door with a sigh. He walked outside taking a walk.
Eclipse sighed, curling up on the bed, pulling a blanket over his cuffed hand so he didn't have to look at it as he allowed himself to cry softly, sad that he'd hurt the other, and also terrified of being controlled again.
Saayan didn't walk for long. He kicked a fire hydrant and yelled, "Fuck!" He took a deep breath and started to walk back.
Eclipse lay tere on the bed, shoulder throbbing, tears flowing, cuffed to the bed. Altogether a kinda heartbreaking sight.
(Kinda?)
Saayan had walked back into the hospital and into Eclipse's room. "I'm back-, Eclipse?"
Eclipse didn't respond, having fallen silent, dried tears on his face as he stared at the floor.
(jus' a lil)
(XD okay)
He jogged over to Eclipse with a frown. "Puppy?" he asked, wrapping his arms around him.
Eclipse whined softly and pulled away from his grip, not wanting to hrt him further.
"Puppy, I'm sorry. I was frustrated and stressed and I'm sorry I took it out on you there is no excuse for that. I'm sorry, puppy…" he said firmly, pulling Eclipse in his arm again.
"I hurt you….. again…" was all he said, his voice soft, nearly emotionless.
"No, you didn't I hurt you and I'm sorry about that. I was a jerk for like two seconds, it was my fault," he let his hands drop to Eclipse's face lightly kissing his lips.
Eclipse turned away from him sadly, still convinced it was him. After all, it had always been him that was the problem. He was the one who couldn't be good enough. Right?
"Eclipse, look at me, nothing is your fault. You aren't to blame for the hunters or being born. I want you to smile like you did this morning and last night. The only thing that was your fault was me falling in love with you. I love you and none of this is your fault," he said softly.
Eclipse simply buried his head in the other's chest, crying softly. He still felt like he was useless, but it helped to know that someone didn't think so.
"Don't ever think less of yourself like that. Okay?" he asked with a smile. "It brakes me to see you do that to yourself when all of this isn't your doing."
But that's all I've ever known thought Eclipse, still sobbing into the other's shirt quietly.
“It’s okay, you can cry it out. I’m right here,” he kissed Eclipse’s head, losing his eyes.
Eclipse let himself cry it out, eventually falling asleep in the other's arms.
Saayan just smiled and laid Eclipse down in the bed as he laid next to him. “Why do you hate yourself so much?” He said before falling asleep.
Eclipse didn't hate himself. He was just trained to think he was worthless.
He woke up shortly after and started to wake Eclipse up. “Hey, puppy, wake up.”
Eclipse groaned softly, not wanting to regain consciousness right then.
