Phoebe was sleeping on her bag. It was uncomfortable but it was better than the ground. She laid on her good side, curled inwards slightly. Saving people really hurt.

Kaden was wide awake. He had been for a while. He didn't trust falling asleep. His fingers gebtly caressed Elizabeth's arm. He heard shuffling in the dark. He snapped his head towards the sound and tensed up, pulling her closer to his chest.

Wendi heard a voice and shot up her dagger in hand.

Terri stood up and held out her sword, "I think we have company."

“Ugh… what was that?” Elizabeth groaned, rubbing her eyes, “That doesn’t sound friendly.”
