@Althalosian-is-the-father book

Hmm. I mean, I'm not a vehement supporter, but I read it and found it interesting and entertaining.

Is it bad that when you read this, I instantly thought "that sounds like someone's review of Common Sense"
APUSH has fried my brain and my sense of humor.

This is way funnier now.

The fact that he didn't know what it was makes it all the more hilarious.

I don't know what common sense is.

I mean–Christ what a mood.

This actually makes me so happy, honestly I'm so surprised by this site. first Hamilton friends, and then role play friends, and now Frankenstein friends. I'm in love.

Oh I'm glad this is up. Something crossed my mind today about representation. Don't make your character A Gay Character etc. Introduce them as a character first, then as {blank}.

Also just a general rule of thumb when discussing people, most of the time.

Lmao

My friend read this book about a gay-ace guy and I haven't read it yet but can I get a hell yeah for asexual characters that have romantic attraction? I haven't seen a whole lot of ace rep yet at all, but when I do it seems like the ace character's always the "ew feelings gross" one.

Let's Talk About Love by Claire Kann has a biromantic-asexual lead, Before The Devil Breaks You and The King Of Crows by Libba Bray have an asexual lesbian character, Radio Silence by Alice Oseman has a demisexual character in a m/m relationship, and Every Heart A Doorway by Seanan McGuire has an asexual lead.

Oh, and The Lady's Guide To Petticoats And Piracy by Mackenzi Lee has an aro-ace lead (she's also a secondary character in The Gentleman's Guide To Vice And Virtue)

What book?

@Pickles group

I want sex-repulsed ace characters because I feel lonely. Also a variety of ace characters that know their specifics. Like, the whosit I want sex but I don't feel sexual attraction ones and all the other stuff that really no one knows about

@Althalosian-is-the-father book

I want an ace fantasy protag dude. Why? Idk. But I want it.

Also Aro. Especially because anyone coming close to a Love Interest he will see and be like, "How nice. What a Nice Person. Wanna be friends?"

To quote a vine…
"Hahaha, I do that!"

I have a prince who's aro-spec (I don't know if he's aro or demi, he could be either) and he sees Lavinia and basically goes "you're brave and smart and I want to get to know you better, we can get engaged so I can get you into the palace because we need someone like you".

yes, but make him a knight or a magic man with something really cute and fun like a yoyo.
I want the aro-ace knight with a yoyo.

@evastardust groupRRAAAARRL

I have an aro-ace con artist and he basically just looks at the other characters and goes "ugh, fine, I guess I care about you guys a little."
