“Jay why don’t you go lay down on my bed and we’ll figure something out after,” sHe suggests. “You really need some rest.”
“Jay why don’t you go lay down on my bed and we’ll figure something out after,” sHe suggests. “You really need some rest.”
Jay looked up. "Oh. Okay. Uhm…where is that?" He asked, biting his lip a little.
Finn’s soft smile was back as he led him to his bedroom. It hard a king size bed and was the largest room in the guest house which means it was a decent sized room.
Jay's eyes widened a little at the size of the bed. He himself had a tattered old twin bed, that was years old, and hard as a rock. "You have a nice bed." He blurted without thinking.
He smiled “thanks it’s memory foam and feels like a cloud,” Finn said smiling. “I’ll get you some pajamas.” He walked over to his draws and pulled out an old comfy shirt and really comfortable And light pj pants. Both of which would be too big on Jay.
Jay nodded. "Where am I supposed to change?" He asked softly, looking at Finn.
“There’s a bathroom across the hall if you want to shower but I’ll leave the room anyway,” Finn explained handing him the clothes.
Jay nodded, taking the clothes and setting his backpack by his feet. "Okay. Thank you." He replied softly.
Finn nodded. “No problem. Call me if you need anything,” Finn said starting to walk out of the room.
Jay nodded a little. Once Finn was gone, he closed the door and changed into the pajamas. The sleeves were too long, and hung over his hands. The collar of it dipped below his collarbone, showing the bruising.
Finn talked with willow in the living and then got up and started cooking in the kitchen. The scent of pasta sauce filling the air.
(gtg to bed now. Good night!)
Jay got into the bed, and snuggled into the blankets, falling asleep rather quickly.
(Gn!)
Finn finished the pasta checking on Jay to see if he wanted to eat. Once he noticed he was asleep he ate with Willow and poppy before putting poppy to bed and walking back into his room. He got changed in the bathroom and then climbed into bed with Jay staying in the complete opposite side of the giant bed.
Jay was curled up in a ball on his side, but as the night went on, he relaxed little by little.
Finn moved slightly in his sleep. Turning around and draping his arm gently over Jay. Holding him close.
Jay snuggled close to him, leaning his head against Finn's chest.
Finn smiled in his sleep and held him close. After a few hours he started waking up but didn’t notice what was up yet. It was Saturday so he wasn’t in much of a rush.
Jay had somehow wound his arms around Finn as he slept, snuggled close to the taller male. He was still asleep, the mark on his cheek glowing brightly.
The mark on Finn hand glowed bright as well visible through the blanket. He woke up for a second but just sleepily held him closer and closed his eyes again.
Jay was pressed as close to Finn as he could get, but was still fast asleep.
Finn officially woke up about an hour after by Poppy tapping his back. He opened his eyes and carefully separated himself from Jay blushing deeply.
Jay mumbled sleepily, reaching out for Finn again. He was still mostly asleep, and was only awake enough to know that he had been pressed against something warm, and the warm thing was gone.
Finn was tempted to just get back into bed with Jay but he new that it would be awkward if he found out. Plus Poppy was already starting to wine. He picked her up and quietly walked into the living room.
Jay curled up into a ball again, the blankets tucked around his thin body.
Finn made breakfast for poppy before going back into the bedroom to check on Jay.
Jay was still asleep on the bed, only his head poking out from under the covers.
(Btw meant to say that it’s Saturday)
(alrighty)
Finn smiled. He remembered how cold he was and put another blanket over Jay. Letting him sleep as long as he wanted.
It was about another hour until Jay woke up, blinking sleepily and sitting up. For a moment, he froze, eyes flicking around the room, then he remembered where he was and relaxed a little.
