“Sorry, I love you my cute little kitten,” he teased changing his wording.
“Sorry, I love you my cute little kitten,” he teased changing his wording.
"Noooo…" Cas hid his face in his hands, whining.
River moved the hands from Cas’s face and kissed his forehead. River then went to go retrieve his arrows.
Cas sighed and went to retrieve his own arrows as well, his face not growing any less red.
River walked behind the target and picked up his arrows. “Awesome! I got a 45!” He ran back and told the counselor. The counselor said that he pasted the last test and River’s smile grew wider.
"What did I get?" Cas asked, knowing he wouldn't do nearly as well.
“Looks like you go a…..21. Nice!” River chuckled.
"I'm guessing that's pretty bad?" Cas asked, starting to put his bow away.
“Not at all. That’s above average for starters,” River smiled. “What else can I work on because I finished two activities already.”
"I dunno." Cas shrugged. "You know the activities better than me."
"Hmm, I'm almost at the top level for dance so I guess I can finish that," he said talking to himself.
"They have dance here?" Cas asked curiously. "What happens if you pass all the final tests?"
"At the end they do this thing called a medal ceremony and they give out little metals like these." he pointed to the little metal that said boating on it. "Yes, they do have dance."
Cas nodded. "I don't think I'd be very good at dancing…"
"At least try it with me. Please?" He asked kissing Cas's forehead.
He sighed a bit. "Fine… just for you, though."
"Yay!" River cheered and started to walk towards the dance activity. "It feels nice to do dance again."
"I've never done it, so I can't say." Cas shrugged, following River.
"I figured. Watch me okay?" he asked before pecking Cas on the nose. River left to go join on what they were dancing. It was elegant if anything. It was more than new to River though he caught on quickly.
Cas mostly watched, wondering whether or not he should try to join in.
He swiftly turned and the end of his song to look and hold out his hand to Cas, with a wink.
Cas blushed a bit and tentatively approached River, taking his hand with a very unsure expression.
River pulled Cas into his arms. “Do you know how to slow dance?”
"Um… not really." He admitted, looking up at River.
“Put your other hand on my shoulder,” River placed his other hand on Cas’s waist. “Just look at me and don’t look down okay? Keep your eyes on me.”
"Alrighty." Cas nervously obeyed, trying his best to keep his eyes on River.
"Just walk in a square and that's a slow dance," he smiled.
"I'll just… uh… I'll just do what you do." He said, holding onto River's hand.
"Relax," he whispered. "I'm going to turn you okay?" RIver smiled and turned Cas around and then back to his chest.
Cas blushed a bit more and stumbled, only barely managing to keep his balance.
