Azelea had just arrived at the coffee shop. The motorcycle revving in her ears calmed her down from each long day of work.
She looked over the shop with a sigh and removed her helmet, letting the hundreds of braids fall down over her shoulders and to her hips as they swayed towards the door.

Brett yawned, stretching a bit. He looked at the door and saw Izzy. He smiled a bit.

Azelea swung the door open dramatically, holding the helmet in one hand. "Hey hot stuff! What's cooking!" she says leaning over the counter with a wink and a lip bite. Her flirty ways like always.

He rolled his eyes, trying not to smile. "What are you feeling? Cold or hot?" He asked looking at her.

"Cold. Freezing cold!" She says with a smile. "Oh hey, make yourself one too, I wanna talk to you."

He sighed. "Alright, but it'll have to wait five minutes. My shift ends then." He said taking her order.

"Ugh, fine" she says looking at him. "Hey, what's your record. Like, how fast can you make a thing of coffee?"

He smiled some. "Fastest? 33 seconds." He said whipping together the drink.

"Wait…really!?!? Lemme see!! Right now!" She says with an excited glimmer in her eyes.

He sighed. "Get your phone ready." He said rolling his eyes.

She jumped, then whipped out her phone and started to record. "K, go!"

He quickly whipped up her drink, pouring iced coffee into it, and topping into off with whipped cream. "Done." He said quickly.

She looked at the coffee then stopped recording. "Impressive! How long have you been working her again?"

"A few years." He replied coolly.

"Wow. Nice! Hey are you almost off of your break yet" she says blowing a braid out of her face

He smiled. "I'm 33 seconds closer, thanks to you." He laughed some.

"Oh okay" she says with a laugh. "Well come on and hurry up. I got something to tell you!"

"Alright! Alright! Geez!" He said wiping down the counter in the lull. He tossed the towel in the back room, along with his apron. He checked out and took his tips. He grabbed his drink and sat beside Azelea. "So what's up?" He asked.

"Okay so…do you like parties?" She asks him with a smile.

"I enjoy one from time to time. Why?" He asked curiously.

"Well there's this party that i was inviting to. This dude, gosh, he was hardcore flirting." She rolled her eyes " anyway, i want you to come. It's supposed to be at this rich dudes house.wanna?"

"Sure, why not." He said ruffling his hair.

"Nice! So it begins at 6:00. What time is it? My phones dead" she asks him looking at the black screen in dispair

He flashed a look at his phone. "4:30." He said looking up.

"Nice! Let's go home and get ready! I need to stop riding my motorcycle in the snow. I'm gonna get frostbite" she says taking a sip of her coffee.

He laughed. "Fine, meet you at the apartments." He said standing up.

"Nice!" She says standing up. And withh that she bolted off.
She arrived at her apartment, fed Nico and gave him his medicine. Then went off to change.
A simple sweater and shorts.
