"Nothing you'd understand unless I took the time to explain something you wouldn't admit to." He said watching the road.

Azelea looked at him in confusion then faced the front, looking out of the window. "I have time" she says quietly

"I already tried to explain it." He said gritting his teeth.

"You know, i know a lot of people you try to explain things and just beat around the bush. I feel like you've been doing that. When i met you, and i told you my name you got mad. I could tell by the took in your eyes. You knew me. How?" She says looking at him seriously as her finger tapped the window button on the side of the door rapidly.

"I tried telling you earlier." He sighed gripping the wheel. "I'll explain when we get back." He said determined.

"Oh….okay?" She says leaning her head on the window and staring out at the rain passed by.

"It's really difficult to explain when I'm driving." He reasoned.

"Okay well lets hurry up then. Im curious now" she says turning back to him and turning down the radio.

He bit his lip, and watched as the complex drew closer.

Once they arrived she opened the door and stepped out, then she waited for him to come out.

He slipped out the door, shuttignit stepping into the cold snow. He almost yelped out but bit his lip trying not to.

She let out a small giggle "that's what you get for not wearing shoes" she says with a smile. She kicked the snow a little bit with her black steel-toed combat boots, though not at him.

He sighed. "Fine you win." He said locking his car. He tip-toed towards the building and opened the door waiting for her.

She walked in with a little smile. Once they reached their apartments doors she turned to him. "So?"

"Okay, I'm not trying to avoid it, but let me grab water. Make yourself comfortable." He said gesturing to the couch.

"Got it!" She says laying down on the couch and doing what he told her to. Making herself comfortable.

He poured a glass of water, and walked in. He looked at her and rolled his eyes. "Okay, fine I'll sit over here." He said pushing the blanket off the chair and sitting down.

"Hey hey hey! No, you should sit over here! I just didn't know how long you would take" she says standing up, grabbing his hand and pulling him over to the couch and sitting down.

He sighed. "Alright." He sat down on the couch and looked at her. "You're probably not gonna take this lightly." He started. "Just don't kill me."

"Why would i kill you? What, we're you the one who killed my brother" she joked, elbowing him in the side. "Come on, tell me!"

He sighed. "Okay, so you know how I told you I was bullied when I was younger? Like I told you earlier?" He asked looking into her eyes.

"Yeah? What about it" she says leaning her head on her arm as she grabbing a small pillow and set it in her lap with her other arm wrapped around it.

"Well…" he didn't know how to say it without just being up front about it. "That was you." He said looking at her.

She squeezed the pillow slightly before biting her lip. "F#%&" she says looking down at the pillow. "I….im sorry." She says avoiding eye contact. She wasn't going to tell him that she forgot, or how she forgot, but she wanted to. She wasn't going to make excuses either. Her face said it all. Anyone who knew her would know what happened. Why she doesn't remember. "I was a jerk. I'm sorry" she says looking at him finally. She didn't know she was a jerk back then, but if she bullied someone so much as to traumatize someone. She knew she had to be a jerk.

He looked down at the floor, tears welling in his eyes. He could tell it in her voice. "You don't believe me, do you?" He asked fiddling with the gen of his shirt.

"N-no! I do! Im not surprised that i did do that! I just…." She looked back down. "I don't remember it. Indont remember anything from high school. Im sorry"

He felt bad now. "Oh, I'm sorry. I had no idea." He said looking up at her, tears threatening to spill from his eyes.

She noticed his tears glistening in the light. "N-no its fine. I should have guessed it was something like that. You had me worried for a second!" She let out a nervous laugh, "you had me thinkin we dated or something" she says trying to lighten the mood.
