Blake stared wide eyed as the door opened. He stuffed himself deeper into his hiding spot, his heart pounding in his chest. The first two people were easy to recognize. Dani and Macha. The other person, however, was new. He was muscled and intimidating, making Blake nervous. He tried to hold his wings still, but they twitched anyways.

(Dani will look Macha dead in the eyes and say, "Don't question my methods. If Ace and Blake want to get drunk they will suffer the consequences.")

I'm still laughing at how Blake saw Ace! He was muscled and intimidating, making Blake nervous.
(That's actually super similar to what Josh thought of Blake. XDD He's the smollest bean of the group–I swear.)
And then you learn that Ace has a teddy bear and a teddy bear tattoo. (He denies it, but it's inside of the pouch on Zodiac's back)
(They're all cinnamon rolls at heart in the end. X3)
(My tiny coconut tried to argue, but then he pulled his teddy bear out and decided that he was a cinnamon roll)
The first thing Ace saw was part of a wing, sticking out and twitching. Is this a kid? "Hi, my name's Ace, what's yours? I see that you have wings, that's great! We have a lot of people with wings, not that you're not special! I'm sure that you're very cute and…Oh, don't take that the wrong way! I mean that doesn't mean you're not cute, I'm just already dating someone." Ace gestured towards Macha and immediately turned red, "You know what? I'm just going to sit down." he sat down on the bed and stared into space, regretting everything he said, so much for a first impression.
Okay… so maybe this guy isn't very intimidating. Blake thought to himself as he took in the newcomer. The name clicked and Blake froze. Ace. This guy was his target. Or used to be at least. Blake wasn't sure what to think. He looked intimidating, but he sure didn't act intimidating. Did he just call me cute? Blake stood up as tall as he could and puffed out his chest and his feathers, trying to look scary. "I'm Blake." He said gruffly, narrowing his eyes.
"Blake! Hi!" Ace stood up to shake his hand, "What did I do to make you want to kill me?"
"I'm following orders." He huffed, a bit thrown off by Ace's demeanor. "Or I was following orders."
"You're not going to kill me right?" Ace stared at Blake, his eyes widening.
Blake scrunched up his nose, thinking. His eyes drifted to Macha and Dani who were watching him carefully. With a slightly defeated sigh, he shook his head. "No. I'm not going to hurt you."
"Do you know what this means?" Ace winked at Blake, "You can join us for cheeseburgers and ike cream!"
Zander was an emotional wreck. After the first few verses he was pulled off stage. He was sitting in the corner crying when Kata strolled up to him. She let out a MEEOOOOOWL and curled up on his lap. He grabbed her and pulled her small form into a hug. "You are my only friend kitty Kata!!!!"( a play on kitty cat)
"Wait, what?" Blake was taken aback. "Cheeseburgers and what?" He mumbled, trying to register what Ace had just said. Did he just accept me that quickly? Does he know I was supposed to be his assassin? He must, right?
"Ike cream." Ace turned towards Macha and whispered, "That's how you say it, right?" he turned towards Blake, "Dani and Macha say you're a good person and I trust them, otherwise, you'd be dead on the floor right about now." Ace smiled, "I'm going to keep an eye on you."
