Azalea opened the door and found that her mother was nowhere in sight. She just shrugged and let everyone in while tosing her keys in the bowl. "Make yourselves comfy, I'll go bring some pillows and stuff for us." She told them while quickly going upstairs and bringing said items out. She tossed a blanket and pillow to each of them before sitting. "So what should we order?"
“Whatever, I don’t care at this point,” Charlise said, accepting a pillow and blanket and laid on the couch. “I just want food.”
"Pizza!" Kim said enthusiastically, sitting in the corner of the couch. It was always her favorite spot to sit when she was here, snuggled up with blanket or pillow. She pulled out her notebook, and started sketching, drawing trees and flowers.
Carmen took her guitar off her back, sitting back against the couch on the floor, smiling. "Again, don't care."
"Pizza it is then," She said before ordering the usual that they ordered when the whole group was together. One cheese, one pepperoni, and one vegetable. Of course, they couldn't have pineapple, like who does that?
(I feel like I'm going to trigger someone with that one sentence)
(My dad's mom likes ham and pineapple pizza. Also in a book I read this girl took English muffins, and made a pineapple pizza with them. But I don't really care.)
Charlise closed her eyes, getting comfortable. She almost felt like she might fall asleep there, as she had done frequently. She was always the first person in the group to fall asleep, but also the first to wake up.
"Someone choose something to watch." She said before tossing the remote at someone random. She finished ordering the food before putting her phone away. "They'll be here in ten."
Kim looked up and a grin spread across her face. "How about anime?" She picked up the remote, ready to turn on the TV.
"Ugh, really?" Carmen asked, faking exasperation. "You're such a fucking nerd!"
"I vote we watch That 70's Show or the The Office," Charlise chimed in from the couch, her eyes still closed. She liked comedies, and she had for a long time, so her suggestion didn't come as a surprise.
"Okay, we have three choices and seven people so it should be a clear winner. I myself vote for anime, only because the other two are kinda lame." She said knowing full and well her whole Netflix watchlist was full of animes.
"I know I'm a nerd, but anime's awesome!" She replied, turning over and playfully glaring at Carmen. "And besides, didn't you like that last one that I showed you?"
Charlise rolled her eyes. "Rude! You two are such nerds." She honestly didn't care that much though, there was a good chance she'd just sleep through it if was anime.
"So, anime?" Kim asked hopefully, glancing at Azalea.
Carmen flipped her off. "Oh, shut up."
"Nope, we're watching sci fi, nerds." Adie entered the room, holding a few pastries. "And, did you get me pineapple on the pizza?" He asked, mostly becuase he's a fucking bitch.
"Hell no," Azalea yelled over to Adie for both the pizza and what they were watching. She put on seven deadly sins on the TV and got close to the others as the video started playing. A few minutes into the first episode, the doorbell rang. "I'll get it!" She said before getting their stuff and paying for it. She opened all three boxes on the table and brought 2 liters of sodas and cups to the coffee table. "You may feast."
(I have pretty much no idea what seven deadly sins is but it's anime so yay!)
"Yes!" Kim picked up a plate, put some pepperoni and cheese pizza on it, and poured some root beer into a cup, after she had put away her drawing book, of course. She snuggled back into the corner, and focused on the show.
“Sweet!” added Charlise as she grabbed two slices and poured herself some Dr.Pepper. She quickly went back to her spot and dug in, setting her cup on the floor near her so it wouldn’t tip over.
