Orion swam around a little bit in search for food. He was STARVING. He swam until he saw a rather cliche looking cave with a purple and black aura coming out of it. He simply got curious as always and swam up to it.

Kayla was out on deck again. She always preferred being out at night time rather than in the day heat. She had found her way back onto another pirate ship. This one was better though. The Captain was super nice and she wasn't the only girl on the ship. Heck, the first mate was a girl. A small smiled crept across her face as she thought about the night she first met Orion. It had been a night like this. Cold. Dark. Calm. Perfect in almost every way.

Orion swam deeper into the cave until he heard humming. (BOOM DARK OCTOPUS LADY COMES OUTTA NOWHERE)
He stitched his eyebrows together for a second in confusion but kept swimming. He soon came across a dark figure in the middle of the surprisingly lit cave. "Hello?" His voice echoed throughout he waters and bounced off of the cave walls.

(IT'S URSULA!!! RUN SWIM ORION!!! SWIM!!!)

Kayla started to walk around deck a bit more, just to make sure everything was alright.

(HE CANT HEAR YOU!! He has AIRPODS).

The figure looked up, yellow eyes glinting through the crystalized looking water. "Oh hey! Wasup! Okay, so what's going on here?" Orion says crossing his arms and gesturing to….everything in the cave. The figure swam up to Orion with a wicked grin. "I have a guest…." It hissed

"You just don't sleep, do you Kayla?" Peter asked as he walked above deck, rubbing his eyes. He was one of the cooks and one of Kayla's closest friends on the ship.
Kayla grinned at him. "Not really. At least, not at night." She said as she leaned on the edge of the ship.

"Uh…yeah you do….. Do you happen to have any food around here? Or do you eat souls or something. Because that definitely seems like what a guy like you would feast on." He says looking around. The figure swam away to…yes a big pearl, orb thingy. (Cuz I'm lazy and unoriginal lol)
He looked into it and mumbled some things Orion couldn't understand. He looked at him with a crazy expression and Orion simply raised an eyebrow.

Peter grimaced as he walked over and leaned on the edge next to her. "Would you at least stop walking around? It's like….what time even is it?" He asked before yawning.
"It's around 2 in the morning." Kayla said.
"Excactly. Go to bed." He said.

"You want food?" It hisses
"Duh. Do you have any or not? Im starving" he says raking his fingers through his hair. He left to cave into a deeper tunnel and came back with some meat which Orion assumed was human meat. Hopefully.
He was just trying to be optimistic. "Oh nice!" Orion took it out of his hands with a smile. The figure glared at him as he watched him eat the whole thing. (Okay so this prolly seems real stupid rn, but I'm so tired right now and I'm not original or descriptive when I'm tired)
Orion started to feel a little tired and dizzy. The stranger gave him a place to rest and before he knew it he was out cold.

Kayla laughed at Peter. "No. This is my time to be awake, and yours to be asleep. Go back to bed." She said ruffling his hair.
Peter groaned. "As long as you stop pacing I will." He said, gIvins her a look of slight annoyance.

He woke up in the water in the middle of the ocean. He looked around and saw a big pirate ship near by. He tried to quickly swim away but he did move. He took a deep breath and the water quickly filled his lungs. Burning his throat and coughing and his eyes swelled up with tears coughing. With every cough he breathed in more water.

Peter stared off into the distance. "What's that?" He asked as he pointed out at the water a little ways from the ship.
Kayla squinted her eyes and looked out. "I don't know."

Soon he closed his eyes and fell unconscious. He stood out quite a bit since his skin was so pale. It still shone like crystals. Just dimmer and less noticeable than before.

Peter stood up a bit straighter. "Is that a person?" He asked, a bit more alert.
Kayla looked close and realized it was Orion….but with legs? "Wait. I know him!" She said as she started to take off her jacket and shoes.

(He's wearing something…right?)

(Well if we're gonna be realistic, no. But if not and if it's gonna make you uncomfortable or anything kelp or something can be wrapped around him lol)

Orion was now floating in the water on the surface unconscious. (Idk what to do with an unconscious person)

(I'm gonna say he has it or something.)

"Wait what?" Peter asked, looking confused.
"Get the latter." She said as she climbed over the edge and jumped off.

(Got it!)
Kayla swam out to Orion as Peter ran to get the rope latter. Once she got to him she realized three things. One, he definitely didn't have a tail. Two, He was unconscious and three he was mostly unclothed. This made her blush but she shook it off and began to swim slowly back to the ship. It took a lot longer to get her and him back to the ship though. She got back to the latter before realizing there was probably no way she was going to be able to get him up.

His consciousness started to come back to him little by little as he felt something pulling on him.

Kayla grabbed onto the latter with one hand and put a foot on one of the wooden planks. ”Orion! Wake up!” She said, still holding him. Would he even be able to get up?

He opened his eyes slightly and looked around. "What?" He mumbled. He looked up at Kayla with wide eyes. His eyes were still the same as they were. "Kayla?"

Kayla smiled at him. "Hey man! Umm…Its been awhile! Looks like you've changed a lot." She said.
Peter began to start to pull the latter up.

"Y-yeah….um…." He was a little dizzy. He looked around and saw Peter. He then looked down at himself with wide eyes. He quickly tried to back away but….
THEY WERE FOLLOWING HIM! WHY WERE THEY FOLLOWING HIM
"What the f%&$ did they do to me?" He mumbled to himself staring at his…legs
Wow, he had legs.
"MY BEAUTIFUL TAIL TT^TT"

Kayla clapped her hand over his mouth. "You might not want to say that out loud! If you haven't noticed, this is a pirate ship. Now hold onto the latter so we can get you up." Kayla tried to say in the nicest tone possible.

"Wait…crap i said that out loud?" He mumbled to himself. He looked at her and couldn't help but smile slightly, even though he just almost died and now has legs. He was actually kind of happy to see her.
"Yeah about that. How the living hell do i work these things? Granted I'm pretty sure i can pull myself up by my arms…." He quickly got lost in thought.
