"But still," Tolly kissed him on the cheek, frowning softly as he pulled away. "A fancy place like this has to be expensive, even with a discount, and anyways, I'd really like to make it up to you."

He sighed softly, a but flustered from his thoughts "fine, but I'm not accepting money." He nodded in thanks to the waiter as he handed back the card. He stood up and smiled softly "ready to go?"

Tolly nodded and stood up, reaching out a hand to help Cas to his feet as well. "Alright, I'll just do you a favor then. Invite me over some time and I can do something for you."

He nodded and took his hand "maybe," he teased, walking to his parents and hugging them tight "I'll see you next time we have a vacation." He said with a smile. Lia and Lucian hugged their son back and both nodded. "Hopefully soon, and you can come back as well, Tolly," Lia said to him, pulling him into a hug. Lucian patted him on the back and nodded in agreement. "We'd love to see you again." Cas smiled, though a pang of sadness entered his heart. They all walked to the car and waved to his parents as Cas drove off back towards the campus

Tolly hugged back with the clumy arms of someone unused to affection and shook Lucien's hand firmly with a much more comfortable grip. "I'd be honored to see both of you again too! Thank you for having me on such short notice," he said, pleased as punch, and then he was following Cas back to the car with a soft smile. Heis good mood fadedwhen he finally caught Cas' expressing, reaching over to grab his hand. "What's wrong sweetpea?"

He laced their hands together but didn't meet Tolly's gaze as he drove. "Nothing dear, just a bit sad that we didn't get to spend more time with my parents," he lied, hating himself for it but not wanting to bring up the topic of how long they had together.

Tolly frowned, raising their linked hands up to his mouth to try and reassure him a bit. He wanted Cas to look at him, or at least stop frowning so hard, but he didn't want to distract the other while he drove. "Are you sure that's it?" he pressed gently. "You still seem… upset."

Cas took in a shaky breath and nodded "yeah, I'm okay." He glanced over at Tolly and gave him a small smile. "Don't worry about me love,"

"I'm always gonna worry about you, Cas." Tolly gave him a significant look, kissing the back of his hand one more time. "And I'm always gonna love you, no matter what happens."

Cas bit his lip and nodded. He stroked the back of Tolly's hand with his thumb. Everything's going to be okay, no matter what happens.
Soon, cas pulled into the parking lot of the dorms right before 10:30. He turned the car off and got out.

Tolly followed grabbing Cas' hand as soon as he could. He led the way as they started the walk back to campus, leading Cas over to his dorm. "Stay with me tonight," he said, but it was too soft to be anything but a request. "I miss you when you're gone."

Cas' eyes softened "I know sI aid I would, but what if…you regret it in the morning?" He asked softly. He hugged himself with his free hand in Comfort and looked at their linked hands.

Tolly frowned, pulling Cas a little closer and dropping his hand so he could toss an arm across his shoulders. "I'm not going to regret anything, Cas. We haven't done anything I would ever regret."

"I know, but what if you think that we did somethgng and then you get embarrassed and I feel bad and you hate me…" He rambled, his anxiety taking over his rational thought process "I dot't want you to hate me…"

Tam reached up to cup his face gently, waiting for Cas to ramble himself out before he kissed him gently. "I could never hate you. I know you may not think I'm reliable because I'm doped up on love potion, but you're one of my best friends, Cas. You were before I drank this damn thing and you will be after."

He sighed softly, leaning into Tolly's hand before nodding. "Okay…" He whispered. At least we'll still be friends. I'd rather have him in my life some way than no way.

Tolly kissed him again, soft and sweet, and then pulled away to lead Cas further into the messy maze of dorm buildings. "Good. I've liked you for a long time, you know. I don't feel all that different now that I've had the potion, just more needy."

Cas smiled and leaned into tolly as he led them through the dorm buildings. "and clingy," Cas teased, remembering how Tolly had tackled him in the middle of campus the first day the potion took effect. "Screw the track team, you should be on the football team."

Tolly winced at the reminder of that moment, and he had to good grace to blush and he pulled Cas a little closer. "Yeah, but I've got an athletic scholarship in track. And football's got a shorter season ayways, not as much time to play as I'd like."

Cas nodded with a laugh "true, congrats on the track scholarship." He leaned into Tolly and nuzzled his cheek with his nose when he saw the blush. "More playtime is better than none," he muttered tiredly

Tolly smiled and pecked Cas on the cheek. "Thank you. I… um… I've had it for a while. And more playtime is kind of the best, 'cause I really like the sport and I have a really good time whenever I run for meets and…" He paused, blushing a little harder. "… I'm rambling, aren't I? Sorry about that, um… my dorm's just up here!"

Cas chuckled lightly " it's okay, it's cute when you ramble." he glanced up at the dorm building and nodded. "your sure you want me to stay all night? I wouldn't want to annoy you or anything if you have other things to do."

Tolly smiled, kissing the side of Cas' head at the compliment. "It's annoying, but I'm glad you think it's sweet. And there's nowhere else I'd rather have you, Cas. I love you, I want you to be around me all the time."

Cas blushed and looked up at Tolly "I love you too, Tolly." He rested his head on his shoulder "and your rambling isn't annoying, it's really cute. You look like a little kid who found a secret stash of chocolate or something." He laughed and laced their fingers together

Tolly blushed too, half embarrassed and half flustered, and lead Cas up the stairs to his dorm. "Sure, Cas. Try telling that to anyone who had to grow up around me as a kid and I'm sure you'll get a different answer."

He shrugged indifferently, using his other hand to hold onto the railing as he was lead up the stairs "I don't care what others think. You're adorable. You're a good person Tolly, sweet and kind to those around you despite what others have done to you in your childhood. You deserve every good thing that comes to you in your life." He said sincerely "if others can't see that then Is's their loss."

Tolly curled in on himself a little, letting go of Cas to open the door and usher him inside. His dorm was small, but it was cozy. There was a tidy living room, an adorable little kitchen with a small round table, and a couple doors on either side that led to bedrooms and bathrooms and the like. "I… um… Thank you," he murmured, unused to being complimented like this. "Do… um… do you want some tea? I think Levi keeps some stocked, and I know I've got a pot around here somewhere."

Cas stood by the door, feeling as if he were intruding on Tolly's and Levi's lives by being in their dorm. He nodded "yes please," he said softly, glancing around the neat room and breathing in the smell if the room. Where his room smelled like lavender and herbs, their room smelled like fresh linen with an under lying layer if typical guy smell which made Cas feel oddly comfortable.

Tolly sat him down on the couch. There was a little stack of magazines on the coffee table, some obviously Tolly's- Luna Nove: the werewolf weekly digest- and some less so. There were even a few traces of Cait in their apartment in the yellow curtains framing the window and the mug with a big cursive C on it that Tolly served Cas' tea in. "Here. It's lavender, 'cause that's the only kind Lev drinks."

He accepted the cup with a smile and nod in thanks and continued to look around the room curiously, seeing aspects of the three friends everywhere. He took a sip of the comforting tea. He glanced down at the magazines and smiled, recognizing a few issues and topics depicted
