Lysander chuckled at her childish answer and gave a playful tug at the top of the hat to pull it back up. ”Come on out of there, Betty.”

Lysander laughed and gently poked at her ribs.

Betty started giggling.

Lysander raised a brow and smirked. ”Are you a little ticklish?”

¨Maybe¨ she said.

His smirk grew as he poked her again, wanting to hear her laugh.

she laughed ¨I´ll hit you¨.

Lysander laughed gently poking her again. ”You can't see me with that hat over your eyes and even if you did hit me it wouldn't hurt.” he reminded playfully.

she rolled off his lap with a smirk.

Lysander chuckled, half tempted to pull her back.

¨Ha I win¨ she said starting to walk away.

”Have you, now? Or did I just let you?” He smirked. ”I could still easily get you if I wanted to.”

¨Nu uh¨ she said.

”I can. I raced a cheetah before, beautiful, and I won.” he said standing up.

¨And do You Know Why because Unlike you Cheeta´s need a break yes, they can run extremely fast but they get tired.

”It wasn't a distance race, beautiful.” Lysander chuckled. ”It was speed against speed.”

¨Stop calling me beautiful. . .I´m not¨ she said.

Lysander raised a brow. ”Why do you think that?”

¨Because it´s a fact¨ she said.

”And who told you that was a fact?” He asked brushing his hand against her cheek.

¨M-Myself¨ she sttutered.

He sighed softly. ”Betty. You're very beautiful… Strong, intelligent, funny, kind. Anyone who tells you otherwise is sorely mistaken.” he asserted, gently tilting her head up so she was looking in his eyes.

she looked into his eyes hers seeimg to glisten.

Lysander pulled her to him in a gentle comforting hug. ”I mean it. You are gorgeous and I love you.”

she placed her head on his shoulder wrapping her arms around him.

He rubbed her back in comforting motions.

He pressed a soft kiss to her head.

She sighed blissfully.
