"You don't have to think me, darling." Nolan whispered. "I'd do anything for you."
"You don't have to think me, darling." Nolan whispered. "I'd do anything for you."
Ayce held onto him tightly. "Okay." he closed his eyes, curled as close to Nolan's body as he could possibly get.
Nolan kissed his head gently. "Do you want to wear one of my shirts darling?" He asked, squeezing the other in his arms.
Ayce blinked, opening his eyes. "Oh. I…yes." he said slowly. "If you let me."
"Always darling." Nolan carefully maneuvered his shirt off of his body then turned to Ayce. He helped him out of his shirt then put his own over Ayce. "Better?"
Ayce snuggled close, enjoying the feeling of the too-large shirt on his thin body. "Mhm." he replied softly.
Nolan chuckled quietly. The fae looked so adorable in his arms, he never wanted to leave that moment. He would cherish Ayce always.
Ayce sighed softly, looking up at him. "Thank you." he said softly, wrapping his arms around Nolan happily.
Nolan trailed a hand up and down Ayce's back. "Of course darling, anything for you."
Ayce gave him a quick, shy smile. He nuzzled Nolan's neck, closing his eyes. His dark hair drifted into his face a little.
Nolan brushed the hair out of his face gently. He kissed his nose with all the tenderness of the world. "I'm never ever letting you go."
Ayce let out a breath. "Thank you." he said quietly, holding onto Nolan. Please don't. Don't let go please I need you I didn't think I could ever want or need someone like this but I do. Please.
"You don't need to thank me, ever." Nolan held him close. He never wanted to let him go, he never would. It was him and Ayce against the world for the rest of their lives.
"Oh. Okay." Ayce replied, snuggling close to him and nuzzling Nolan a little. He wanted to stay like this. Safe and sheltered in Nolan's arms.
Nolan smiled gently. He kelt quiet, listening to the sound of Ayce's breathing. Everthing would be alright. It had to be. He wouldn't allow anything else
Ayce opened his eyes, looking up at Nolan for a long moment. I want to stay like this. I don't want to leave or…or anything. I want to stay like this.
Nolan looked down at him. He brushed his knuckles against his cheeks. "How are your wounds? Do they need to be checked?"
He shrugged. "I don't think so. They're fine." he replied quietly, looking at Nolan trustingly.
"Good, I'm glad." Nolan pecked his lips. "Is everything else alright?" He tapped his head.
Ayce hesitated, thinking. "I…I think so. For now." he replied slowly, biting his lower lip for a moment.
"Well I've got you. I won't let anything happen to you. I promise." Nolan pulled his lip out from between his teeth.
He nodded a little. "Thank you." he said quietly, his arms still looped around Nolan's middle contentedly.
Nolan chuckled. "I have a feeling you're never going to stop thanking me, no matter how many times I tell you not too."
Ayce shook his head a little bit. "Nope. You saved me." He said softly, tracing a finger along Nolan's collarbone.
Nolan sighed in content. "I would do it iber and over again. You're mine to protect." He smiked gently
Ayce gave a small smile back, finger tracing down Nolan's chest lightly. "Still."
Nolan watched Ayce. He had scars scattered across his skin. But he wasn't ashamed of them. They showed how he had survived
Ayce's eyes followed his finger as it trailed across Nolan's body lightly. He bit his lip again, still snuggled close against Nolan's side.
"Enjoying yourself darling?" Nolan asked slightly amused. He gave him a small squeeze
Ayce looked up at his face again a little guiltily. "Maybe." he replied, pausing for a moment.
