(i have learnt some but not all)
(Oh cool, I couldn't have a whole conversation with you, but I can describe people and greet you, now I'm gonna disappear, I will talk to y'all later!!)
(bye have fun)
(Oh um the dorms? Yeah I'd say they're mixed. You can be next to each other if you want)
(Okay cool, thanks Zephir, Alrighty! I'm back, and it was fun, thanks!)
(Hey, I know your busy, but @ZephirFox8812 I just want you to know I can't do anything, until Mason responds, but take your time.)
(Oh! Right yes so sorry. I've been seperated from my phone. I managed to find a device with internet but it is as slow as a bag of rocks)
"Oh! My ears, right. This happens a lot. And I just wanted to swing by and say hello! Seeing as I haven't met you before" He leant against the doorframe
(You're good, you're good!)
Silas nodded, unsatisfied, but motioned for him to come in. He pointed to the couch looking through his bag, "Sit down, I'm just looking for my homework, I can't find it anywhere. I think I may have lost when I was…uh never mind." He said blushing. He looked under the couch with an exasperated huff. He flopped onto the couch annoyed. "So what are you here for? Like what powers do you have or what species are you?" He asked trying not to sound annoyed that he couldn't find his homework. He forced a smile and looked at him expectantly.
"Oh um I didn't mean to interrupt. I'm human. I haven't found out my power yet." The last sentence was a lie. "They only let me in because I'm Terence Hargreave's son. But I don't tell that to many people. Gives them the wrong impression." He shuffled in and sat down. "Potions homework? I have mine, you can copy down the questions or something if you need to."
Silas' face lit up. "Oh gosh yes! Would you really mind? I can't find it anywhere!" He sat upright look gladly at Mason, pulling out his notebook and a pencil ready to write it down.
Mason opened his notebook to the right page and passed it to Silas.
"Thanks man, you're the best." He said jotting down each question quickly. He stopped half way. "Did you need help with it?" He continued writing slowly. And looked up at Mason.
"Yeah… I zoned out in potions and I didn't take in anything!" He put his face in his hands. "If I fail more than one subject this year, my father won't let me come back next year."
"Oh sheesh! He's strict, my mother forced me to come here." He leafed through his notebook, pulling up the page with notes he took. "Here, those are my notes, but I'd suggest paying attention next time, I don't really want to get into trouble." He laughed a bit dropping his notebook into Mason's lap. He stood up and stretched grabbing a water bottle from the basket on the table in front of him.
"Strict?" Mason laughed nervously "That's an understatement. He really wanted me to go to the magic school across the city, but only because they're harsh on rules. My father is Head of Magical Restrictions among other things. He was in charge of dealing with the gang incident ten years back. He's a scary man." Mason shivered. He picked up Silas's notebook and flipped to the marked pages, spending around ten seconds on each before moving on. He put it on the table when he was done.
"Thanks for the help. With the notes. I should be good now. Thanks." Mason said, a little flustered.
Rouge finally picked herself up off her bed which, as comfortable as it was, was still not like the she had at home so she decided to go see her neighbor so she walked over to the room next to hers and knocked "h-hello?"
"Oh…" Silas frowned, picking up the notebook stuffing it back in his bag. He looked at Mason. "That's awful." He tossed him a water bottle. "Hey, I have an idea. Come with me!" He said stretching his wings, and ran to the door excitedly. He flung it open and stopped in his tracks, almost rubbing into the girl standing there. He blinked and smiled. "Hey Rouge!"
Rouge yelped in surprise then regained herself as Silas bursted out of the door "Hi"
"I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to jump on you like that! I was just excited." He said with a glint of excitement in his eyes. He moved out of the way to let her in.
Rouge looked at him with a smile "It's okay"
Silas smiled back and turned back to Mason. "Have you met Mason yet? I was about to take him to this cool forest of enchanted apple trees I saw when I got here."
Rouge perked up at mention of the forest "I was just there. I love the Earth fae that live there. And yes i have met Mason. Speaking of Mason…How are your ears and head if i remember you had a nasty headache earlier" she said the last part in a calm yet worried voice
Silas turned to face Rouge, "He came to my dorm, and his ears were bleeding." He said in a matter of fact voice.
"That's not good" Rouge looked at Silas with a calm look "Did you help with the wounds?"
"I didn't know what to do. He said it happens all the time." Silas pointed embarrassed. "And I'm not great with blood." He fidgeted.
Rouge smiled "that is good to know for the future" she could feel the blush creeping onto his face hoping Silas couldn't see it
Silas let his waves cover his eyes and he smiled gently. "What, are you planning to go into battle? And then assume, when you're beat up and bloody, that I could help you out?" He laughed. "Because you've got the wrong idea. But if it was absaloutly necessary I would suck it up." He finished looking up at her.
Rouge laughed for the first time in a while feeling somewhat normal "No i would never do that. I usually use healing spells for that"
"Wait, healing spells? Where did you learn those!? I've been trying to learn those for years! It always ends up with me more hurt then I was to start with!" He said excitedly.
