He chuckled at the sweet gesture and ran his hand down her arm.

”About what will happen to you once we're married.” he explained, not looking in her eyes. ”He was asking if you would stay human.”

Betty let go of him and backed up.

“I’m sorry to bring it up. I just wanted you to know about this. It's your choice. I swear I won't force you to do anything.” he let her go and looked at the floor.
