Ghost raised an eyebrow at that question. "It honestly depends. What type of demons are we talking?" He projected into Connor's head.
Ghost raised an eyebrow at that question. "It honestly depends. What type of demons are we talking?" He projected into Connor's head.
Jerch snapped his head up at the mention of knowing demons. "Who wishes to know?" He narrowed his eyes are Conner and tilted his head
The god of Duality walked over to Eya and placed a hand on her shoulder, shaking their head gently. "I wouldn't do that dear."
Eya growled a little and brushed their hand off. "Touch me again and you die," she said without much enthusiasm; however, that didn't mean she wouldn't follow through with relish.
"No fighting please, it's against the rules." Calix said blandly then poured himself a cup of vodka and forgot all about his water not even caring about the water anymore.
"Oh, there won't be a fight," Eya said, her eyes narrowing and emantating a soft glow. She turned away from the God of Duality and picked up a book that sat on the bar. It most definitely hadn't been there before.
"Good, because breaking up fights is boring." Calix sighed then drank his drink. Currently his wings did not appear to be on him, so sitting on the counter was no problem.
"Not where I come from," Eya muttered. She sipped her drink again, the metallic tang making her fangs slide out slightly.
"Alright, breaking up fights is boring for me… I prefer not to." Calix said then hopped off of the counter and went to the backroom to grab stuff and restock a bit.
"You may try to kill me. But it will not come of anything, it will only affect your choice web." Duality shook their head softly and walked up to the bar. "Coffee flavoured vodka please."
Calix came out of the back room then nodded at the order. He Put the stuff down on the floor then got a cup and put the drink in it before handing the cup to Duality. "There you go."
Dee nodded. "Thank you." They said quietly, placing a few coins on the counter and heading over to the other two gods. They raised an eyebrow at Blair and a thin smirk grew on their face. "What are you doing?" Blair asked as Dee poured the vodka down his shirt. "This is because you summoned me for no reason."
Eya gave a small huff (but nothing more) at the God's reply. Her choice web didn't matter now, nor would it later.
"great! A few demons a few God's, a few killers, all in good fun." Jerch looked around at the array of being in the tavern and smirked to himself
Demons? Murderers? Ava thought to herself. The gods were okay, but really? I should probably get out of here at some point. "Well, it's been lovely meeting you all," she said in a strained voice, forcing a smile onto her face.
Calix noticed the strain in her voice then walked over. "Everything alright?" He asked her quietly.
"I'm dealing with the seven deadly sins. I mean, they're helping me out, but I'm frankly a little scared of them." Connor finished his drink. "I'm only human."
The fake smile disappeared off her face, to be replaced with a weak one. Genuine this time, though. "Oh hey Calix. You heard his words, right? There are freaking murderers here."
Calix nodded and smiled. "Kid, yeah there are murders here. Though I'd anyone pulls out a weapon or attempts to murder someone here… They will deal with me."
"Aha… okay then…" Ava replied doubtfully.
Calix nodded and hugged her then walked back over to the bar and stood behind it.
Eya looked down at her book. Ava appeared to know very little about her current situation. That was to be expected of at least one of these people.
(yes you may call me chibi-chan or whatever, I don't mind XD)
Ava looked down at her lap. She trusted Calix, but… she still didn't feel safe. But she did feel better knowing that he was confident that he'd be able to stop any danger.
"Now this just got tempting…." Jerch grinned and slowly stood, he walked the perimeter of the bar before leaning against a wall and looking each being in the eye
"Kid, shady taverns are litterly where most murderers are born." A new jersey like accent said from behind Ava.
Calix looked at them, "Are you calling this place shady?" He asked in a fake offended voice.
The voice didn't have anywhere it was coming from, it was just there. "Yeah, though any tavern in this part o' town is shadier than a rat's underside."
Blair took one glance at the voice and grabbed his friends and walked out the door. "Nope, not dealing with this today."
"This part of town isn't shady, sure there have been murders and stuff nearby. But this place is pretty nice." He sighed and glared slightly.
The voice made a sound like they were popping a gum bubble before answering. "Murda's equals shady."
"Oh whatever." Calix sighed then finished his glass of vodka.
"Pretty much," Eya said in a relaxed voice that didn't portray her tensed physique. "Someone understands."
